- GDPR(if needed) and also about 10 pages of content that is 500+ words. That's how I do it for my adsense accounts and have yet to be rejected(I also spin my content but that's not recommended).

- i think what they mean is that its not worth it as you wont earn much with lesser views. the main factor that is keeping me from adding adsense is slowing down of the site
