  1. Your Honor, Mr. Marlon Rimes is charged with murder of the first degree against the late Pavio E. Ville. The method of the deed is quite the unique substance known as Tetrodotoxin. Evidence suggests that Mr. Rimes held and opened a bottle that could hold up to 50ml of the deadly neurotoxin. It contained 45ml when it was found by authorities, the remaining 5ml found within the victim's body. Mr. Rimes, the chef preparing the food, poisoned the salmon meant for the victim's plate… And soon enough, he died right there, in the restaurant!

  3. A pair of photographs were taken of the restaurant before and during the terrible scene. Note they are not for the faint of heart before you examine them.

  5. This would prove that as the two were eating, several people were looking at the victim. No one could have poisoned him at this time without someone seeing it. This would also mean during this time, most people would be accounted for save for the defendant and the security guard stationed in the living room. The prosecution was also able to discern a motive for the crime... The death of Mr. Rimes' girlfriend in a previous crime. The defendant in this case would be our victim today, Pavio E. Ville. After having been cleared of the charges, he invited his attorney to dine at this very restaurant. Unfortunately, Mr. Rimes held a grudge, and we find ourselves in this situation today.
