one of the candidates for Severance’s Quietest Enigma, ema is rather low key. this isn’t to mean that she’s a wallflower— instead, think of her as a silent participant of what’s going on around her. some might feel that she’s closed off or aloof, but that’s exactly the opposite of what ema is. behind those dark eyes of hers, there is an incredible sense of perception. it’s been with her since day one.

her vast awareness also turns inward, fueling an innate curiosity of how exactly it is to be... after all, it must be incredibly complex to exist as one large system of other systems. above everything ema is inquisitive, though here is also a sense of duty that comes with it; there is a natural obligation to be of help to others. this is what makes her an impeccable scientist— as well as doctor —despite her mostly silent bedside manner.

can’t look him in the eye anymore after ruining their chances of having a baby like ever, since the severance baby program doesn’t take kindly to miscarriages.
likely infertile after, but was also very politely informed she’d never be approved to make the birth quota again
briefly lost her will to live but it’s back (for the most part, sometimes it falters but we don’t talk about that) and she’s doing better.

is kind of glad she’s on the bravo team because she won’t have to be around Him or any of his friends.
