Dex Entry: As of currently, Data is deficient about this POKEMON, other than its behavioral traits of mischief and malice. It was recently discovered that it could transport objects into far away places with the rings around it - even to other dimensions from anecdotal evidence presented by a grief stricken scientist. He described the world as a realm of illogical geometry and impossible colors. The scientist later took his own life, driven insane by the experience inside Hoopa's world.
