Have you been staff on other servers before?
I have been Head Admin/Admin on one server and helped build maps, albeit mediocre maps, but I put forth my best effort. I have also been Moderator on a server, Metrocraft, but the server has been shut down for years. On a similar note, because I have put together servers before, from the ground up, I know the amount of effort required to build and maintain a server.

How much time can you devote to the server per day?
I can devote at least two hours a day, and at most 4 or 5 due to how busy I am, but these hours are an estimate and can vary.

What is your age? (The age requirement is 17, but if you can prove to me that you are as mature as an adult, there may be an exception.)
I am 16 years old. I have my license and I paid for my own car. I also have an internship and believe I meet the required level of maturity for this position.

Why do you want to be staff, and why should we choose you?
I would like to be a member of the staff team for one reason, I enjoy helping people and maintaining structure. I would make a great addition to the team because I am not bias and I can handle a substantial amount of pressure. I would not abuse my power; I don't like using third party programs or console commands in different games because, if I did, the game discontinues to be enjoyable, and the same applies to minecraft.

I have ample experience with Factions, Auctions, Essentials, and Rankup. I am not familiar with Mycommand, but I am a fast learner.

What sort of leadership skills do you have? (Give examples of when you were staff on another server, or real life examples)
I attended a school named "New Technology High School", New Tech, through my freshman and sophomore years in high school. It is a project based school and every project lasted about one or two months. Every project, we were divided into groups of 5, on average. Once in a group, we needed to assign roles. I was constantly the leader of groups because I could keep everyone on track and facilitate our discussions. I believe I have good leadership skills, especially after having attended New Tech.

What area of administration do you feel you are the most competent in? (Punishment, building, ideas, etc.)
I feel I am especially competent in delivering punishment and maintaining structure concerning rules. I have decent ideas occasionally and I am a terrible builder.

I can be especially social and enjoy aiding people, even if their issues are minute. Building is not my specialty but I am willing to try if requested.

I may be on throughout the day depending on what I am doing that day, but I can always be on at night from 10pm-12am and might be on more each night (10pm-12am pacific = 1am-3am eastern). I am free all day most Saturdays and Sundays.

Are there periods of the time you cannot come on? If so, when?
As I previously stated, I am busy throughout the day, but I am free at different times each day meaning I won't be online every time each day, but it will be more than two hours a day.
