2. Select the soundbar you want



3. Select "Contact Us"



4. Call or text their support team using the numbers you see for you country.



5. Tell them the soundbar isn't turning on, the sound won't play, etc. (BE CREATIVE!)



6. They'll offer you a replacement, and ask for your email, phone number, and address. Use a fake email, and a random phone number.



7. They will email you a prepaid shipping label- from here, you're going to want to use your FTID knowledge or use my guide to send them "The old soundbar ;)". (Sending them an empty box has a very low success rate because they've been raped!)



8. Call or email them after 1-2 Weeks, and ask where your soundbar is. They will ship you out a brand new $800 soundbar right away! (If you're not in the U.S. this could take longer)



9. Call them the day after the soundbar arrived and tell them that it never arrived- they will then send out another unit at no cost to you!



10. You now have two $800 soundbars to $ell or keep for yourself, enjoy! :)



OPTIONAL: Get a new email address, drop address, and serial number, and do it all again, as much as you want. Go crazy before they patch it!
