- Item Randomisation with Warps
- Known Item Randomisers:

- Current Known Limitations:
- Currently, the warp logic relies on whether you CAN access something. Walking through one way paths can lead to dead-ends which may be difficult to get out of. For now, if any are particularly bad, report those instances.
- Migitations:
- Save before taking any one-way paths
- Generally save frequently
- Always carry an escape rope / Dig user
- Carry a Fly user as soon as possible.
- Use the 'No Progression Fly Warps' modifier to ensure Fly/ Storm Badge are both available without any other requirements (no items or transitions)
- --WARNING--
- - With GMeisters current version, you may appear within the walls in the ruins of alph. At this stage, you are unable to manually go back and may be permeantly stuck.
- Eventual additions to item rando logic:
- - Remove Clair possibility is not able to get to this location if not all areas available without falling [Not started]
- - Remove Fly/Storm Badge from being down the ledges on Route 45 [Not started]
- - Refactor hole-logic code generally for areas such as Burned Tower access (because you may currently be trapped in the basement with current GMeister logic) [Not started]
- - Add special cases to Fly/Storm Badge logic, such as 'Rocket Takover' as this requires badges
- Prefer to patch these in future speedchoice versions:
- - If you appear within a warp area in the Ruins of Alph, auto-open the door, but not if the path is there otherwise
- - If you are prompted to move via a map script, prevent this if not in expected spot
- - Patch Radio Tower fight not to trigger until Rocket Invasion
- - Patch Kurt to open Slowpoke Well when clearing Slowpoke Well
- - Patch option to use Fly without Storm Badge

- Unavailable items:
- Items deemed unavailable to the player will be replaced with a BRICK PIECE. This item is excluded from standard item randomisation so would not normally be found otherwise. If you find this item, report this as bug, because it means that warp logic is not aware of how you go to this item.
- No Progression Fly Warps
- An additional modifier which ensures the user has Storm Badge and Fly before any other requirement paths are taken. This includes any 'transition' - defined as moving from one section of the map to another with some requirement in-between. Item and flag requirements are also factored into this, and should not be required.
- This may lead to a rom being unable to be generated, if the original warp rom has a very closed beginning range of available warps. For example, if you were to use a vanilla rom without warps but enable these 2 modifiers, you would not be able to get further than Violet City most of the time, because in order to leave to the South you would need to have access to Violet Gym & Violet Center, which warp-rando could not always expect. This is a determined transition, so it would fail to generate roms mostly unless Storm/Fly were both exceptionally early OR Squirtbottle was in this beginning path. There is currently no logic to DETECT this, but implemented this will happen with rom generation.
