  1. This test is to allow me to know you all a bit better, I want to know how you would administrate, remember everyone makes the wrong decision, but I want to know if you can be able to keep up with us, it allows me to know you better, which means I want honest answers, this is your opinion, some might be wrong, some might be right. This test will be short, good luck!
  2.
  3.
  4.
  5. Part 1 requires you to answer, some questions WILL require you to write down a sentence, saying why you deal the situation like this.
  6.
  7. Part 1: Situations, and how you deal with them.
  8.
  9.
  10. 1) Some guy shot a player for no reason, what will you do?
  11. First of all, I would go to the player who RDM'd and ask him why he did it. If it was a good reason and he explained it all throughly and I knew he RP'd it, I would let him off. If he RDM'd just for the sake of it, I would ban him. But if I wasn't sure, I would let him off with a warning and keep my eye on him.
  12.
  13. 2) There is multiple complaints on a particular player, from multiple people, what should you do?
  14. First I would ask what the problem was and see how bad the situation was, then I'll take him to a quite place and ask him questions like, why he did this and so on. Depending on the situation, I won't know the exact ban time but if I muliple of people say this player is ruining they're roleplay, It'll be more then 12 hours.
  15.
  16.
  17. 3) The player is driving his vehicle like an idiot, what will you do?
  18. I would stop him and and ask him why is he driving like an idiot. If he reply's saying "I have lag" I would simply tell him to stop driving, if he ignores my command, I would kick him to warn him. But if he was CDM'ing aswell, I would ban him.
  19. But if he replys "Sorry, I can't drive this car, just getting use to it." I would give him tips and tell him to go somewhere like MTL and practice.
  20.
  21. 4) The player has constantly broken the rules of not speaking english, what shall you do?
  22. First I'll go up to the player and ask him if he can speak english, if he can then I'll simply tell him to speak english from now on and tell him why. If he doesn't know english, I kick him with the reason "This is an English Server" If he comes back, then I'll have to ban him for 24 hours.
  23.
  24. 5) You see a player who does nothing but act stupid (i.e. jumping on cars, or simply trolling players), what should you do?
  25. I'll tell him to stop immediately and if he doesn't listen and ignores me, I'll simply ban him. If he stops, I'll still keep my eye on him just to be on the safe side.
  26.
  27.
  28. 6) People are whining in OOC, what will you do?
  29. I would tell everyone to calm down and to stop spamming OOC. If they still continue, I'd warn them all, if they still continue, I'll simply ban them. Once everyone has calmed down, I'll find out what the situation was and try solve the problem.
  30.
  31. 7) Define Mass RDM question.
  32. A mass RDM is when a player or a group of players RDM a bunch of people randomly without a reason or RP behind it.
  33.
  34. 8) Define Fail RP.
  35. Fail RP is when a player or a group don't roleplay as there character, for example, they could be talking about what they did in there day in IC or speaking OOC in IC or even if they're shoot randomly in the sky. I attend to say "If you won't do that in real life, why do it here?"
  36.
  37. 9) A player got sent to jail, he then gets out of jail and breaks the law, and he's repeatedly doing it, what shall you do.
  38. I'll ask him why he did it, then most likely ban him because he is repeatedly breaking the rules. If he's killing other people, it'll be a ban. If he recklessly driving, i'll warn him, maybe ban.
  39.
  40.
  41. 10) There is an RP situation/event going on, what will you do?
  42. If the RP situation was a raid, fight, argument etc. I'll go and check it out. If it was a RP sales type of thing, I'll leave it to the players, maybe check on them once and a while. If it was an event, I'll 100% be there and make sure everything runs smoothly. I will administrate aswell as Roleplaying.
  43.
  44. 11) There is a player that had no ban marks, and it appears he is there for the first time, he broke the rules, what shall you do?
  45. I'll go and speak to him and ask why he did it. If the reason was good, I'll let him off. If the reason is bad I'll ban him. Depends on the situation and what rule he broke.
  46.
  47.
  48.
  49. Part 2 is about you, what kind of administrator are you? Give me your opinions, and answers!
  50.
  51. Part 2: Admins and you.
  52.
  53.
  54. 1) What would you usually do if you were administrating in OCRP, what do you think is the best way of administrating, are you a proactive admin or a reactive admin? Add your own opinion beneath if you want (it is ideal to do so.)
  55. Reactive tends to not show itself to be a good way of administrating, as a lot of situations end before you arrive, however it allows you to spend your gaming time here and maybe help the occassional player.
  56.
  57.
  58. Spectating, it's a proactive way of administrating, keeping your eyes on a particular player / the area.
  59. I'd like to do both because when I'm adminstrating, I want to make the right decision and make OCRP fun for everyone. Reactive would be when the ban is simple like RDM, trolling, being a total idiot etc. but I'd spectate when there's a raid, when there a group of people or to see one player if they are breaking the rules repeatedly.
  60.
  61.
  62. Being a government official (Police, preferably), a balanced way, you can be reactive to a situation going on else where, and you can also be watching particular players who are breaking the law (law breakers TEND to be rule breakers)
  63.
  64.
  65.
  66. Just wandering around as citizen, doing occassional RP, not the best way of keeping an eye out on the server, but if you show yourself as a good rolemodel to lower players, and attend situations when you're not busy, it should be good.
  67.
  68.
  69.
  70.
  71.
  72. Do you see yourself as an aggressive admin, helpful admin, or a friendly admin? How would you administrate in general, please give your honest answers.
  73. I'd like to see myself as a fun admin and friendly, an admin who people who would look forward to see and I'll try reach that target. If a player really really crosses the line, I might turn into an aggresive admin but I'd most likely be a friendly admin.
  74.
  75.
  76.
  77. Lastly:
  78.
  79. Who are you? Aneeso
  80.
  81. What time do you usually come on? Usually every day, might miss a day because of A-Levels, some weekends. Not Christmas, birthday might not be active in new years.
  82.
  83. Is administration a right, perk, or responsibility? Right | Perk | Responsibility
  84. Mainly responsibility because it's up to the admin to make the server clean and sort situations out.
  85.
  86. Finally, write your ingame name beneath.
  87. Aneeso Anderson
