  69.           processing payments. This information includes the name of the applicable hotel, hotel address, reservation dates,
  70.           reservation confirmation number, PIN codes using to log in and view the reservation, price paid for the room, and
  71.           points or rewards earned during the original reservation. Information needed for processing payments may also include,
  72.           without limitation, your billing address, bank account details, credit card details and PayPal account information. It is
  73.           your voluntary decision whether to provide us with any such Personal Information, but if you refuse to provide such
  74.           information we may not be able to register you to use the Site and/or Service or your use of the Site and/or Service may
  75.           be limited.

  81.           In order to minimize fraud, we may collect publically available information about you from various sources. This information
  82.           may include your email address, IP address or Facebook account in order to verify that they and/or your use of them are

  115.               account, which may not be required for purposes of registration to the Site and/or Service, such as your
  116.               friends list, image, and/or place of residence. Please check Facebook’s policies in order to understand what

  119.             <li>Buying Reservations: Buyers may use their PayPal account or their credit card in order to purchase
  120.               Reservations on the Site and/or Service. Buyers will be asked to provide us with certain Personal Information
  121.               (such as PayPal account information or credit card and billing information). We do not collect or store your
  122.               credit card information, since we use a third party payment gateway service for processing credit card
  123.               payments. Additional information, such as your mobile phone number, may be added to your Profile when
  124.               you buy a Reservation.

  159.           <p>Seller Stories are collected and/or encouraged in order to increase the chances of the Reservation being sold on the Site and to drive traffic to the Site.</p>

  163.         <h4>5. Sharing information with third parties</h4>

  165.           Tixton will share Personal Information with hotels and/or other inventory providers as is necessary to ensure that the
  166.           Reservations are processed, including for purposes of validation, ensuring that the User has checked-in or in order to change or
  167.           add the name of the hotel guest.

  170.           Tixton may share Personal Information with a service provider, so that such service provider may send the User a gift while
  171.           staying at the hotel.

  175.           Tixton may share Personal Information with third party fraud detectors for the purposes of confirming that the Personal
  176.           Information provided is authentic and to prevent credit card and/or financial fraud. Tixton shall ensure that such third party fraud
  177.           detectors undertake to safeguard the Personal Information and not use it for any purpose other than fraud detection. By using the
  178.           Site and the Service, you expressly agree to the provision of your Personal Information to such third party fraud detectors.

  182.           Tixton may share Seller Stories by (a) uploading them onto the relevant property's information page on the Site for the sole
  183.           purpose of featuring the personal Seller Story behind the Reservation, and (b) (wholly or partly) using and placing the Seller
  184.           Stories (e.g. for marketing, promotion or improvement of our service) on its Site or such social media platforms, newsletters,
  185.           special promotions, apps or other channels owned, hosted, used or controlled by Tixton. If you do not wish to share your Seller
  186.           Story, you hereby permit Tixton, in its sole discretion, to use and place generic, not user specific information to describe the
  187.           Reservation and/or the story related thereto, such as that you purchased a non refundable room and cannot use it or get your
  188.           money back.

  192.           Tixton may also disclose Personal Information in the following cases: (a) if required by any applicable law, regulation, legal
  193.           process, subpoena or governmental request; (b) to enforce this Privacy Policy and/or the Terms, including investigation of
  194.           potential violations thereof; (c) to detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues; (d) to respond to claims
  195.           that any content available on the Site violates the rights of third parties; (e) to respond to claims that contact information (e.g.
  196.           name, email address, etc.) of a third-party had been posted or transmitted without their consent or as a form of harassment; (f) to

  263.          party advertisements and products delivered or services and you irrevocably and unconditionally agree that we shall not be held
  264.          responsible or liable in connection thereof.

  269.          We take a great care in implementing and maintaining the security of our Service, Site and our Users' Personal Information.
