          AUTHORIZED OFFICERS AND AGENTS AS YOUR AGENT AND ATTORNEY IN FACT, WHICH APPOINTMENT IS
          COUPLED WITH AN INTEREST, TO ACT ON YOUR BEHALF AND USE THE DETAILS THAT YOU HAVE PROVIDED
          US IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICE.

        <h4>2. Which information do we collect from our Users?</h4>
        <p>
          We may collect two types of data and information from our Users:
        </p>

          <ol><li>The first type of information that we collect is un-identified and non-identifiable information pertaining to a User(s),
          which may be made available or gathered via the User's use of the Site and/or Service (“<b>Non-Personal
          Information</b>”). We collect technical and/or behavioral information, including regarding the User's device screen size
          and display settings, User's last login, computer, browser, operating system, geo-location, IP address or mobile device.

          <li>The second type of information that we collect is individually identifiable information, namely information that
          identifies an individual, may with reasonable effort identify an individual or may be of private or sensitive nature
          (“<b>Personal Information</b>”).

          <li>We collect Personal Information such as the User's IP address or other persistent user identifier, and any information
          provided voluntarily by the User. Such information may include, without limitation, (i) identification and contact
          details such as your first and last name, phone number, email address, (ii) a  personal story and/or details about the
          Reservation and/or details why you cannot use the Reservation (the “<b>Seller Story</b>”) and (iii) such additional Personal
          Information as needed for the purpose of verifying the Sellers’ and Buyers’ identity, authenticating Reservations and
          processing payments. This information includes the name of the applicable hotel, hotel address, reservation dates,
          reservation confirmation number, PIN codes using to log in and view the reservation, price paid for the room, and
          points or rewards earned during the original reservation. Information needed for processing payments may also include,
          without limitation, your billing address, bank account details, credit card details and PayPal account information. It is
          your voluntary decision whether to provide us with any such Personal Information, but if you refuse to provide such
          information we may not be able to register you to use the Site and/or Service or your use of the Site and/or Service may
          be limited.

          In order to minimize fraud, we may collect publically available information about you from various sources. This information
          may include your email address, IP address or Facebook account in order to verify that they and/or your use of them are
          authentic.

          In addition, by analyzing all the information we receive, including all information concerning Users and their feedback and
          transactions with respect to Reservations, we may compile statistical information across a variety of Users (“<b>Statistical
          Information</b>”). Statistical Information helps us understand trends and customer needs so that new products and services can be
          considered and so existing products and services can be tailored to customer desires. Statistical Information is anonymous.

          <h4>3. How do we collect information from our Users?</h4>
          <ol>

            We collect Non-Personal Information when you use the Site and/or Service. We may collect and record the information
            relating to such usage either ourselves or through the services of a third party (as further detailed in Section 12 below).

            We collect Personal Information which you provide to us while using the Site and/or Service:

            <li>Use of the Site: when you access and use the Site and/or Service, you automatically provide us with your IP
              address and/or other persistent user identifier.

            <li>Signup stage: when you register to our Site and/or Service we collect Personal Information which will be
              hosted on your personal Profile (including your name and mail address). Registration can be done either by
              completing the provided registration form, or via your Facebook account (“<b>Facebook Connect</b>”). By using
              Facebook Connect in order to register to the Site and/or Service, you permit Facebook to provide Tixton and
              permit Tixton to use any provided Personal Information from your Facebook account. You may also permit
              Facebook to provide to Tixton and permit Tixton to use additional Personal Information from your Facebook
              account, which may not be required for purposes of registration to the Site and/or Service, such as your
              friends list, image, and/or place of residence. Please check Facebook’s policies in order to understand what
              information we receive.

            <li>Buying Reservations: Buyers may use their PayPal account or their credit card in order to purchase
              Reservations on the Site and/or Service. Buyers will be asked to provide us with certain Personal Information
              (such as PayPal account information or credit card and billing information). We do not collect or store your
              credit card information, since we use a third party payment gateway service for processing credit card
              payments. Additional information, such as your mobile phone number, may be added to your Profile when
              you buy a Reservation.
            </li>

        <h4>4. Use of information</h4>

        <p>
          Non-Personal Information is collected in order to:
        </p>

          <ol>
            <li>Use it for statistical and research purposes and for customization and improvement of the User experience on the Site
          and/or Service.</li>
            <li>Provide you with advertisements.</li>
          </ol>

          <p> Personal Information is collected in order to:</p>

          <ol>
            <li>Allow Sellers and Buyers to sell and/or buy Reservations and to provide you with our Services.</li>
            <li>Operate on behalf of the Seller in connection with the Reservations and provide registered Users with information related to transactions they made on the Site and/or Service (including notifications via email or mobile phone regarding the posting of a Reservation on the Site, a confirmation of a Reservation on the Site, the sale of a Reservation, eligibility for Payment, etc.).
            </li>
            <li>Verify the identities of Sellers and Buyers and prevent fraud attempts.</li>
            <li>Allow us to contact registered Users in order to receive their feedback regarding the Site and/or Service.</li>
            <li>Provide User support.</li>
            <li>Use it in the aggregate for statistical and research purposes.</li>
          </ol>

          <p>Seller Stories are collected and/or encouraged in order to increase the chances of the Reservation being sold on the Site and to drive traffic to the Site.</p>

        <h4>5. Sharing information with third parties</h4>
        <p>
          Tixton will share Personal Information with hotels and/or other inventory providers as is necessary to ensure that the
          Reservations are processed, including for purposes of validation, ensuring that the User has checked-in or in order to change or
          add the name of the hotel guest.
        </p>
        <p>
          Tixton may share Personal Information with a service provider, so that such service provider may send the User a gift while
          staying at the hotel.
        </p>
        <br>
        <p>
          Tixton may share Personal Information with third party fraud detectors for the purposes of confirming that the Personal
          Information provided is authentic and to prevent credit card and/or financial fraud. Tixton shall ensure that such third party fraud
          detectors undertake to safeguard the Personal Information and not use it for any purpose other than fraud detection. By using the
          Site and the Service, you expressly agree to the provision of your Personal Information to such third party fraud detectors.
        </p>

        <p>
          Tixton may share Seller Stories by (a) uploading them onto the relevant property's information page on the Site for the sole
          purpose of featuring the personal Seller Story behind the Reservation, and (b) (wholly or partly) using and placing the Seller
          Stories (e.g. for marketing, promotion or improvement of our service) on its Site or such social media platforms, newsletters,
          special promotions, apps or other channels owned, hosted, used or controlled by Tixton. If you do not wish to share your Seller
          Story, you hereby permit Tixton, in its sole discretion, to use and place generic, not user specific information to describe the
          Reservation and/or the story related thereto, such as that you purchased a non refundable room and cannot use it or get your
          money back.
        </p>

          Tixton may also disclose Personal Information in the following cases: (a) if required by any applicable law, regulation, legal
          process, subpoena or governmental request; (b) to enforce this Privacy Policy and/or the Terms, including investigation of
          potential violations thereof; (c) to detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues; (d) to respond to claims
          that any content available on the Site violates the rights of third parties; (e) to respond to claims that contact information (e.g.
          name, email address, etc.) of a third-party had been posted or transmitted without their consent or as a form of harassment; (f) to
          protect the rights, property, or personal safety of Tixton, its Users, or the general public; (g) when Tixton is undergoing any
          change in control, including by means of merger, acquisition or purchase of all or substantially all of its assets; (h) to collect,
          process, hold and manage your Personal Information by means of subcontractors, which may be located in countries outside of
          your jurisdiction, including but not limited to the United States of America (all our subcontractors will be subject to non-
          disclosure and non-use obligations); or (i) pursuant to your explicit approval prior to the disclosure. For avoidance of doubt,

          Tixton may transfer and disclose Non-Personal Information to third parties at its own discretion. We may share anonymous
          Statistical Information with our partners, without restriction, on commercial terms that we can determine in our sole discretion.

        <h4>6. Feedback and User Generated Content</h4>
        <p>
          When you post feedback or any User Generated Content, including Seller Stories, on Tixton, please remember that any
          information disclosed in this venue may be automatically made public, and such information, after being made public in
          accordance with the terms herein, will not be considered Personal Information by Tixton. You should exercise caution when
          disclosing any information (including Personal Information) in such a venue, as you do not know who will access or use such
          information and for what purposes.

        <h4>7. Google Maps</h4>
        <p>
          We use Google Maps on our Site and/or Service. Use of Google Maps is subject to the Google privacy policy, available

        <h4>8. Use of Tixton by children</h4>
        <p>
          We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 16 has enrolled without parental

        <h4>9. Updating or deleting personal information</h4>

          You may access, correct, delete or update the Personal Information hosted on your Profile through the Site or by contacting

          request, and from that date of termination you will no longer be able to access your Profile. We cannot restore information that
          we have deleted. We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. If
          you wish to cancel your account or request that we no longer use your information to provide you services, please contact us at
          the email address listed above. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve
          disputes, and enforce our agreements.

        <h4>10. Direct marketing & advertisements</h4>

          Direct Marketing: You hereby agree that we may use your contact details for the purpose of informing you of products and
          services (offered by the Company and/or by third parties) which may interest you and to send to you advertisements and other
          marketing material. By accepting the Terms of Service for the Site and/or Service (including the terms of this Privacy Policy
          which are incorporated therein) or using the Site and/or Service, you affirmatively consent to receive such commercial messages.

          As a registered member, you can remove your personal information from our mailing list and stop receiving future

          send.  Please note that we reserve the right to send you service related communications, including service announcements and
          administrative messages, relating either to your account or to your transactions on this site, without offering you the opportunity
          to opt out of receiving them unless you cancel your account.  It is clarified that we are not responsible for the content of third
          party advertisements and products delivered or services and you irrevocably and unconditionally agree that we shall not be held
          responsible or liable in connection thereof.

        <h4>11. Security</h4>
        <p>
          We take a great care in implementing and maintaining the security of our Service, Site and our Users' Personal Information.
          Tixton employs industry standard procedures and policies to ensure the safety of its Users’ Personal Information, and to prevent
          unauthorized use of any such information, including by encrypting information using secure socket layer technology (SSL). We
          follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the Personal Information submitted to us, both during transmission and
          once we receive it. However, we do not guarantee that unauthorized access will never occur.

        <h4>12. Cookie and local storage</h4>
        <p>
          When you access or use the Site and/or Service, Company may use industry-wide technologies such as “cookies” and Flash (or
          similar technologies), which stores certain information on your computer (“<b>Local Storage</b>”) and which will allow us to enable
          automatic activation of certain features, and make your Site and/or Service experience much more convenient and effortless. The
          cookies used by the Site and/or Service are created per session, does not include any information about you, other than your
          session key and are removed as your session ends (usually after 24 hours). It is easy to deny the Local Storage. Most browsers
          will allow you to erase cookies from your computer's hard drive, block acceptance of cookies, or receive a warning before a
          cookie is stored. In order to erase or disable the Local Storage option in Flash you should use the settings option of Flash
          according to the specific instructions provided by your technology provider. However, if you block or erase cookies, or change

          We may provide you with advertisements from third party advertisers. Some of these advertisements will use information
          collected across multiple websites (including our Site) by means of their third party cookies or other web-tracking technologies or
          tags (such as action tags, conversion tags, web beacons or pixels) (“<b>Tags</b>”) in order to predict your preferences or infer interests
          and to show you ads that are more likely to be of interest to you.  Such advertising is called Interest-Based Advertising or Online
          Behavioral Advertising. The third-party cookies or Tags only collect Non-Personal Information or Statistical Information about
          you.  We provide these third party advertisers with such information in order to be able to tailor the advertisements on our Site
          and/or Service to your needs and interests. For example, we would like you to be able to choose the best available deal for
          Reservations.

          You can link to websites of third parties that provide useful information/services. Any Personal Information you provide on the
          linked pages is provided directly to this third party and is subject to this third party’s provider’s privacy policy. Additionally,
          when you make reservations and/or book any services through our partners or through web sites linked by our partners, you share
          your Personal Information directly with those third party web sites and their privacy policy governs the collection and use of this
          information. We advise you check these privacy policies. We do not have access to the information collected by those third party
          websites or by our partners. Except as described in this Privacy Policy, we are not responsible for the content or privacy practices
          of third party websites to which we or our partners link.
