Added new chat: Vore Chat, also known as VChat, a variation of fabled goonchat with cool features, such as message merging, tabs, dark mode, etc.

Added maintenance predator random event, that is similar to morph spawn event, but instead spawns the ghost in the maintenance and gives them a selection of mobs to choose from
Available mobs right now: bumblebee, voracious lizard, giant frog, giant rat, juvenile solargrub, red panda, fennec, fennix, jelly blob and wolf



Additions

Added Medical Stands: replacement for IV drip with same functionality, but also ability to attach anaesthesia tank as well

Added a new outfit for detective alt-title

Added salvagable machines, found in PoIs

Added ability to make all sofa types, not just red

Added ability to hide items inside plushies and plant pots. Use sewing kit for plushies

Added precise item placement for tables
Can be toggled via a preference

Added a *dwoop emote for synths/borgs

Added ability to click pens by clicking pens

Added pitchers and carafes

Added biochemical dispenser containing Nutriment, Animal Protein and Milk to medical chemistries
