<Ed_Irons> Suddenly Ed's head pops into view from behind the sofa, "What are you doing?!"
12<@RaspberryCommie> He jumps, and then smiles nervously remembering this morning, "C-cleaning. Neda said it would be the best way for me to say thanks for letting me live here..."
06* Ed_Irons picks himself up from behind the couch wearing the clothes he managed to wrangle back from Anna after the...dress-up time that happened earlier in the day.  He eyes Jamie suspiciously, "And what were you doing before that?"
12<@RaspberryCommie> "Well...I tried to cook that one time."
<Ed_Irons> "I'm not talking about then.  I'm talking about when you were in...there."
12<@RaspberryCommie> "Huh. Oh..." he quickly flushes red, "Uh...Pel wanted to take a nap and she dragged me along with her."
06* Ed_Irons walks around the couch still squinting at him. "Uh-huh.....so I guess you two have gotten close or something huh."
12<@RaspberryCommie> He instinctively steps away as Ed gets closer, "I dunno...sometimes I can't tell if she really likes me or not."
<Ed_Irons> "I see..."  Ed casually walks over to the kitchen and pulls out some bread and turkey from the refrigerator.  "And what about you?"
12<@RaspberryCommie> "S-she's the first person who's ever been nice to me after finding out my uh...my secret. And then she promised she'd protect me while we were in that weird other place..." he smiles and blushes again.
06* Ed_Irons turns around to face the sink the knife block set next to it, "When did you two meet?".  He turns around with a very sharp looking knife in his hand, "It was just before you went into the lake right?"

<Ed_Irons> "That sounds kind of rough.  What was it like?"  He opens the mustard and starts spreading it over his two pieces of bread.
12<@RaspberryCommie> "It was really scary...it was dark, and there were weird noises, and there were these...these men who wanted to take us and sell us back. I was so scared I almost went with them, but Pel always protected me. Like she said she would." He starts smiling again as he mentions Pel.
06* Ed_Irons frowns at Jamie's smile, "Did she ever say why she brought you along?"

<Ed_Irons> Ed's confused frown turns to an angry one as he spreads mustard with both increasing vigor and larger globs of mustard.  "But...Why?!  Why did she take you with her?!  I mean!  Look at you- well ok yeah you were disguised as a girl back then BUT STILL!"
12<@RaspberryCommie> He cringes back as he yells, and comes back a bit, "I-it's not a disguise! A-and I don't know why she took me over you guys..."
06* Ed_Irons waves the knife away from him, flinging mustard across the kitchen cabinets.  "It is too a disguise!  I'm not mad at them!  I'm mad at you!  And her!"
12<@RaspberryCommie> "W-why are you mad at us? We didn't do anything..."
<Ed_Irons> "She took you for some stupid reason that I don't understand!  You don't have any training, field experience, or any sort of asset that provides a tactical value and yet you!"

<Ed_Irons> "I...I don't get it.  I've got to keep her and everyone else safe.

06* Ed_Irons throws his knifeless hand in the air.  "I don't even know anymore.  She doesn't want anything to do with me it always seems.  And then you came along."

06* Ed_Irons shoves the now nearly empty jar of mustard back into the fridge.  "Yeah well...its not like it would have changed anything..."

<Ed_Irons> Ed sighs and rests his arms on the kitchen counter.  "Nothing.  Just...keep your distance from her?"
12<@RaspberryCommie> "I-I can't do that..."
<Ed_Irons> "Well its what you better do if you like walking on those two legs."  He vaguely getsures at Jamie with his knife.  "Understand?"
12<@RaspberryCommie> He's visibly shaking, "N-no. P-pel is my best friend. She'll protect me..."

06* Ed_Irons smiles and wiggles his knife in the air.  "Do you get my point?"

06* Ed_Irons drops his knife onto the counter and snatches the sandwich  up in its place.  "I don't have to explain myself to you!  Just stay out of my way and away from her!"  He storms out of the kitchen.
