So here's how I think it should work.

POGOFINITY: Pokemon (and other fanart) Original Watercolors!!!
@FANIME: May 25 to 28

==GENERAL OVERVIEW==
Everyone should FINISH a minimum of 5 new pokemon/korra/fanart traditional medium things to sell by Friday. If everyone does JUST 5 (But at least 8 or 10 would be good), that means with all 10 of us, we have 50 new things to sell to people, on top of the stuff we had from last year. That's pretty good. Of course you can do more. Do stuff that kids will buy.

==WHAT TO BRING==
-Pencils, Sharpeners, Erasers, Pens, Paint brushes
-Watercolor Kits
-Watercolor Paper, or any paper you can spare
-Calculators
-REFERENCE!!! Pokemon, Korra, MLP, adventure time, anything people will buy
-Sketchpads
-Snacks

==SPLITTING THE MONEY AT THE END==
It will be split two ways:
GENERAL POT: All of the postcards done prior to Fanime (your 5 that are to be done by friday night) are added to the general pot and then split evenly amongst all 10 of us.
ONSIGHT POT: A lot of the money will come from commissions and other random stuff we sell. When you get to fanime, clock in your hours, and we will distribute the money from the onsight pot based on the amount of time you spend at fanime.
PERSONAL WORK: Honestly, personal work that is too similar to the main merchandise can make things complicated, and I would really like to keep any sort of personal stuff that is similar to the merchandise there at a minimum. We at the booth will keep track of your stuff and sell your merchandise, but just keep in mind that there those of us there that don't have any.

==PERSONAL WORK==
I personally believe that ALL Commissions, postcards and anything remotely close to a fanart postcard watercolor original should just be added to the main money pot to be distributed at the end. Last time we did this, it became a hassle explaining to people how the pricing was for different stuff that was so similar to the main merchandise so I really think that we should just keep everything as one. You CAN however, sell personal stuff, I'm just saying keep it different enough that there's no question about what's what..


By Friday night, scan and upload your watercolors, and put them on the server. I'll make a folder eventually. BRING the original with you, this will be sold as well.
