  1. Information regarding Real Estate on Sentinel Point:

  3. On Sentinel Point, parcels are rented directly by Sonador (sonadors resident) on a monthly basis. Sonador determines case by case who shall be permitted to rent land on Sentinel Point, and the following criteria best guarantee your ability to be leased, and retain a parcel:

  5. - Prospective and current land holders must abide by the Sentinel Point Covenant. Violations of the Covenant, if they do not result in denial of access to the region, will sour potential Real Estate applications, and may result in their parcel being revoked at Sonador's discretion. PLEASE NOTE! If a land holder is banned from the region based on a covenant violation, rent paid will NOT be prorated or refunded.

  7. - Prospective land holders must pay in full up front if renting the parcel on the 1st through the 14th. Half rent may be paid up front instead if renting between the 15th thru the last day of the month. Rent is due each month on the first of the month. Lapses in rent of more than THREE (3) days will result in a warning. Lapses in rent of over SEVEN (7) days will result in the parcel being vacated and made available for lease. Rent amounts are listed in the "About Land" Dialog, accessible while on your parcel through your viewer.

  9. - Current land holders must remain under the maximum Land Impact limits for their parcel. Each parcel has information on these limits in their "About Land" Dialog, accessible while on your parcel through your viewer. Persons over their LI limit will receive a warning and be afforded 5 days to comply. If the parcel remains beyond this limit after 5 days, the Land Authority will delete or return objects on their parcel at its discretion until compliance is achieved. Land Impact is audited twice a month, roughly around the 1st and 15th.

  11. - The Sentinel Point Land Authority reserves the right to revoke or modify any parcel for any reason at any time. Reasonable notice and time will be afforded whenever possible. If a land holder is revoked for any reason OTHER than a covenant violation or other security issue, the FULL rent for the month will be refunded, regardless of the calendar day in which the parcel is revoked (initial months excepted.)
