In order to strengthen the protection that the Royal Navy provides to the United Kingdom, her citizens, and her various dominions along with their respective subjects, the Royal Navy is being reformed at the turn of the decade in order to keep it equipped against any threat.

The following orders are being placed for new ships and as they are introduced:

(every time a new ship is ready, an old ship shall be sold to partly fund it.)

Funding and resources for the new navy will be drawn from across the empire as it will serve as a joint imperial service under the recent imperial reform act wherein each territory is now a homogenous element of Britain. Manufacturing will be spread across various dockyards so that simultaneous manufacturing can take place. It is projected that, with the empire's total capabilities for ship building, that the following can be produced per annum:
