Siyeon was born in California, America but raised in Daegu, South Korea. She grew up with her younger sister because her parents are busy most of the time so they rarely get to spend time with them. She was born into a wealthy family. When she was 6, she got into art and writing. Her parents are both doctors so at first, they didn't really like the fact that their daughter was into something that they aren't interested but later they became really busy and eventually forgot about it.
