It's made with only cheap items, and has scalars, sidi hauberk, som, slayer arms + legs, very nice qui, con, hits, resists, +10 shield/parry, 1 melee resist charge. HO racials included, but you don't want to use this for any other race in any case, only HOs need that much qui I think. 2 crafted pieces.
