I'm going to start this letter of explaining why exactly i'm writing it. I'm not exactly sure if this is me trying to get my side of the story across or if this is a letter of apology, but I feel like it should be written so allow me to do so! And to whoever reads this, please read the whole thing! :D


When I came to Nightlife, I didn't have all that much experience at all regarding strong Roleplay, I came from a server called Highlife which if you've ever jumped on, you'll see that the Roleplay isn't taken seriously so I didn't really have a good off-set with it but I always tried my best at staying in character as it for sure makes the experience better for myself and the people around me involved with the scenerios we get into. With this all being said I learnt why officer Bukkiki really got pissed off at the scene where I jumped out of character.
Regarding the reason I was permanently banned alot of the conversation that took place that evening at the Motel can be justified in terms of out of character jumping, but then alot I see cannot be. I stupidly thought because we all agreed it was okay to go OOC at some points in the conversation to make things easier that it was okay to do so, which I've now learnt it just really isn't at all. The drive behind the conversation itself was because of the things I was told, regarding Nightlife itself, the managament behind it and specifically what Ryan was doing/did. I learnt that it's against FiveM terms of service to charge anyone for any in-game perks regardless of what they are. I was told alot of things that evening that upset me and really did anger me in many ways and I felt completely lied to and cheated by it. Again this doesn't give me authority to go ahead and speak to friends in-game about it, that should of been something I did in Discord or some other form of social media. At the time I wanted the people who I knew and cared about to know the information I knew as they have a right to know considering every single one of them has put money into Nightlife.

As regarding myself, I put countless of hours building a community of my own (Zebra gang) and building relationships with all walks of life within the server, I was very good friends with alot of officers on the Police department, I was family to the cartel and as most people already know I'm friends with Shauna in real life. The last thing I want to see is Nightlife to ever go down. I cannot stress enough how much I'd change about the way I went about that conversation (Mainly by not being a **ing idiot and speaking about it in-game) I just thought I was safe to do so as they were my friends :shrug:.
In regards to my ban itself, the members of staff who dealt with the situation did it in a brilliant manor and opened my eyes as to why it was wrong to do what I did and I couldn't of asked for anything more from them!


I don't think I'll ever meet a community like the one Nightlife holds, and the thought of me never returning genuinly hits home and genuinely hurts. I had soo many friends within the server who loved where I was going in terms of Roleplay and the Zebra gang, I had big big plans! I didn't just want to be the same as the other gangs, I wanted to bring story to the server (Barbie was the one who inspired me with my ideas! :smile: ). It would be a shame to never see that play out!


I don't think I'll stay playing FiveM for long if I don't make it back into Nightlife, nothing else really feels right (YEAH FEEL SORRY FOR ME! :smile: )

Anyway, I'm sorry to anyone I've personality upset, I'm not the kind of person who ever wants to hurt others, it's just not how I was raised. I really hope I can stay in contact with the people I knew in the time of my appeal and I can only hope to be given another chance.
