Install System Shock 2. Run SS2Tool and install it. This will add some shortcuts in a Start menu folder called "System Shock 2". If you installed via GoG, there is also a folder called "System Shock 2 [GoG.com]", which is *not* the one that you want to use.

From this folder, launch Blue mod manager. Install the mods with the "Install mod archive(s)" button (no need to uncompress them first). Activate them all, and arrange them in the order as shown in: https://i.imgur.com/k6zI4a7.png

Click on "Exit and start game" when you're done. The mod setup is saved, so you can just launch the game from the "System Shock 2" shortcut in the future.
