5. Emphasis on they (they as well as other people): 그들도 중국어를 공부했다.

6. Emphasis on fruit (fruit as well as other things in refrigerator): 과일도 냉장고 안에 있었다.

(note: even if you don't use 안에 to say inside, it is often understood that something is inside the refrigerator if you say 냉장고에)

7. Emphasis on grandmother (grandmother as well as other people): 그의 할머니도 북경에 살았다.

Emphasis on Beijing (lived in Beijing as well as other places): 그의 할머니는 북경에도 살았다.

(note1: if you were curious why there is no 의 with 우리 and 선생님, it is one of those closely related things that most people will not use the genitive particle for. If you study Japanese this might be confusing, but most of the time it sounds weird in Korean to include the particle in, though it isn't wrong)
(note2: I know when people say like chicken they usually mean meat, so if you really want to express that, replace 닭 with 닭고기 to express the meat chicken)
