Aoi has a slight tan to his skin. He has deep purple eyes which are the feature the most stand out about him next would be his white hair which he keeps short and is usually messy and wet from swimming as that is his favorite thing to do. Aoi is short at 4 ft(48in) He is of a thin build and weighs about 75lbs (34kg) Aoi usually wears casual clothes consisting of usually tees and jeans. In the summer and at home he mostly in swim trunks. His favorite night time clothes are usually pajama pants(usually featuring his favorite cartoon character or superhero), and no shirt. When he has to dress up he a has a closet full of suits but he usually gets away with khakis, a polo shirt, and loafers.
However when his mom wins he usually wearing a stuffy suit which he calls "THE MAN" suit which he got from his eldest brother. His favorite shoes to wear are jordans as that what are usually bought for
him as he makes very few choices in his clothes unless he is with his father.

Aoi is what you would call a stereotypical Californian type. He loves surfing, swimming, the beaches and more the problem is he is from a very traditional Japanese family. He is seen as the rebel of the family and always causing trouble and usually getting out of them because he is the baby of the family. Aoi is an adrenaline junkie and has got into mountain climbing and freerunning. He is an avid skateboarder as well. Aoi is not the crybaby type. If he gets hurt he tries to stay tough the exception is when he gets really hurt like the time he broke his collarbone, and dislocated his arm in a freerunning accident. Not many people know that under Aoi happy mask is a feeling of worthlessness.
Aoi was kidnapped and molested at age seven. Due to his family riches. However, his grandfather the head of the company and the family(who was feared by all the family members) at the time would not allow any ransom to be paid and the results of that Aoi was trapped there for ten days. After he was eventually released he was a shell of his former happy self. He never smiled, or laughed, nor talked, or showed any emotions. He was a zombie. Not long after that, his grandfather died and the family no longer needed to be terrorized by him. They hired all kinds of therapy to get through to him. One day the stress of this had built so much that Aoi mother took him to a cliff and said: "Are you a quitter? Are you really this weak that you would rather curl into a ball and die than go ahead!" She waited and waited and whenever Aoi try to go home she would say: "Until you either talk or jump you are not going anywhere just say Mom and you can go home." For two day Aoi stood there even when it rain. His mother took off her jacket and put it over his head but would not let him leave. Finally tired, and wet the third morning Aoi said, Mom, not because he wanted to stop but he saw the effects it had on his family so for them he put on a mask of happiness but whenever he is alone he reverts to his zombie-like state and no one in his family knows.

 The Hanabusa Family is a strict and Traditional Family that can trace their roots back to the Kofun Period. They are a rich and powerful and each member starting with the grandparents are shifters. The Family usually give birth to Psychic Types and use their mental abilities in the business world. If you can read the mind and emotion of those around you nothing is hidden and that is an advantage in the cutthroat world of business. Hanabusa Tech Conglomerate is the biggest company in the Kanto region and has their own private team Team Sutāfōru(Starfell) made up of mostly shifters their goal is to control the people by linking their minds to theirs thus creating a hive mind with Hanabusa Tech and Team Starfell as the queen bee. That was until they were discovered and forced to live in Delphia City. Now, most business is handled through the internet and only leaving the city when necessary. But they have not forgotten the power they had their team only able to work on their mission little by little they put aside that and Team Starfell and many of the Hanabusa Clan has a new goal Freedom.

[align=center][color=blue]The Story of Aoi[/color][/align]
Aoi was born May 9th at 12 am to Sakura and Rui Hanabusa. He was a healthy baby boy and his parents were thrilled that he finally arrived as it was the last child that Sakura could have due to ovarian cancer she would not have surgical treatment for it till her child was born. Being the last child they would ever have Aoi was spoiled by his parents, uncles, aunts, cousins, siblings, and grandparents. Aoi took after his mother the most taking her white hair and slightly tanned skin. His eyes, however, come straight from his dad a light shade of purple compared to his fathers' deep purple eyes. He was an early learner able to crawl at 3 months and walk at 8 months. Starting at age three Aoi was home-schooled by his family and learn things like flower arranging, archery, Kabuki dancing, Yosakoi dancing, calligraphy, decorum, tea ceremony, piano, violin, and three types of martial arts. These were subjects that all Hanabusa children must learn and he learned them beside his cousins. As he got older a private tutor took over and focused on the academic side. He and his cousin even at the young age of five understood what was expected of them. When classes were over Aoi would be free to be a child and he was a wild one at that. One of his favorite activities was swimming as he took after his mother and her love for swimming. Around age seven while playing outside his home in Yokohama City Aoi was kidnapped. He was taken to an abandoned building where he was tied up and gagged. They wanted to get a ransom of ten million yen but the Hanabusa Clan never negotiates with kidnappers and Aoi knew this. So for ten days, he was beaten, dehydrated, and hungry when the kidnappers would leave for the night all but one and that person would touch Aoi in areas no child should be touched. He spent his nights crying and praying for help. After seeing they would not get what they want the kidnappers dropped him off in the middle of the city where he walked home never to be the same. Aoi wanted to cry but crying would not help. He did not want to think or be so he regressed into himself and shut himself off. In here he felt safe no one or nothing could reach him. The family tried everything to snap him out of it. They tried therapy, scare tactics, etc but nothing worked. It wasn't until he was forced to talk to his mom while staring at a cliff did he get a crack in his facade. But he was not whole and never thought he would ever be so he put up a new facade that of a happy child given his family what they want to see while allowing him to stay safe in his bubble. At age 10 his family saw Aoi as a normal boy even though Aoi only knew the truth. One night three day after his 10th birthday Aoi body started to hurt it was excruciating pain beyond anything he ever felt he called for his parents and they rushed in to find he was beginning to shift for the first time. Aoi body contorted in unpleasant ways he rolled off the bed screaming all the while. His family tried their best to calm him but they knew the pain he was experiencing and no amount of words can help you in that situation. At one point Aoi blacked out from the pain when it was finally over his mother was staring at him with an aw and happiness he has never seen her show. Aoi tried to talk but was unable to. He turned toward the mirror and saw himself for the first time. He was white all over except the light purple his eyes were now covered his belly and around his eyes, back, and tail. He has seen this before and now knew why his mom looked so happy. He was a Lugia like his mom. Only she was different as he Lugia color has blue the same as her eyes. His parent knowing he needed the training to control it signed him up to join the academy. Thus he went to the academy earlier than normal. His first week was rocky, to say the least, while he excelled academically the shifting and skill class were not his strong suit yet and was having trouble shifting except involuntarily. It was amazing that he only destroyed five set of clothing. Aoi is now starting to get the hang of shifting but his skill is where he is still lacking control over.
