 /report [Hack] [Player] Sends a report to Mod+ stating players name and who reported them for what (ALL)

/report-accept {Player} {Rule breaker} Sends a message to the player who reported letting them know it was delt with (MOD)

 /chatreport {Reason} {Player name} sends a message to Helper+ stating the reason of report and persons involved (ALL)

/chatreport-accept {Username} {RuleBreaker} Lets the person who reported the rulebreaker know that action will be taken (HELPER)

 /chatreport-deny {Username} {rulebreaker} Lets them know the report has been addressed just in vague terms (Helper)

 /DBban {USERNAME} {reason} Permanently bans the player acts as an automated anticheat (ADMIN+)
