# You are repairing your car and someone pulls up behind you with their gun drawn. They tell you to drop you stuff and handover your keys. What would you say and do in this situation?
#### Honestly, I would comply. As im taking my duty belt off I will calmly talk to the suspect to try and keep him calm all while evaluating his behavior so i can determine how to continue with my responses with him. I will attempt to catch a bluff or a hiccup . As I'm taking it off im also activating my panic button and then setting the radio down. I will then do what im trained to do in real life (describe what's going on without breaking cover) Say things like hey man lower the gun (Units now know a gun is involved) ,  or nice (Car description) . After that If he has me come to him or what not if he can get close to me I will attempt to take him down with hand to hand combat training i have received with my years in Law enforcement. After that my backup should be on scene i will then go ahead and read him his rights and book him for brandishing a firearm,terroristic threats <--- might wanna look that one up, Its not what most people think. also disturbing the peace, also traffic violations if I can find any.
