AUDITION

1. Why do you want to be in Disturbia? After reading the plot for the group, I fell in love with it. The mystery, the thrill of it. This is something that I love within the writing world.

2. How active can you be? Please keep in mind we expect you to be on 3-4 times each week. I can be very active. Even after I've handled my duties in rl, nothing will keep me from getting online unless I'm having an emergency - which is very rare.

Whether it be directly to her or to her family. - Katherine was one of Genevieve's childhood best friends, mostly due to the fact that their father's grew up together.As they grew older, their friendship dimenished due to Gen's critical faults -- but Katherine did her best to remain loyal to her.

12. Two character secrets-

Secret 1. When Katherine was a junior in high school,she entered a relationship with one of the school's more arrogant jocks. Because he was failing his math class, he was in jeapordy of being kicked off of the football team. Frustrated that his math teacher wouldn't change his grades,stole arsenic powder from the biology lab and made Katherine pour it onto the math teacher's lunch. He told her that it was 'just a prank' and that everything would be fine. However, the teacher grew violently ill, throwing up blood before falling into cardiac arrest. Even though the teacher survived, Katherine has never told a soul about her being somewhat responible for what could have been a murder.

Secret 2. One night after attending a wild party with Genevieve, Katherine decided to call it a night and walk home. However, Gen caught up with  her before she could step foot out of the door and offered her a ride home. Knowing that her friend had been drinking ilegally, Katherine turned down her offer -- but that was something that Genevieve wouldn't take lightly. Pressuring Katherine into getting inside of the car, Gen set sail to their destination. Not paying much attention to the road in front of her as she went on about the unpopular girls at school and applying lip gloss to her lips, Genevieve would hit an elderly man as he tried to cross the road. Scared, Katherine pulled out her cellphone to call 911 -- but Gen quickly grabbed her phone and tossed it to the back seat. She told Katherine not to call the police or else they would be in serious trouble, but Katherine still wanted to get the man some help. Gen threatened to expose embarrasing pictures of Katherine and even start rumors in order to destroy her if she opened her mouth, prompting Katherine to keep her mouth shut as they rolled the male into the river. allowing him to die. Although this haunts Katherine almost every night, she has yet to admit what happened that night.

the acting world someday. "Defend this family Autobots, as they have you, defend, all they can be!" Jackson screamed out before charging towards his sister in attack mode. Luckily for her, she was quick enough to catch him within the comfort of her arms, giving him a tight squeeze. "Okay, little one. That's enough playtime for tonight. It's almost 9 PM. You know what that means, right?" Katherine asked him as she pressed her cheek against his own.

She could hear his a precious little grumble emerge from his tiny being, his nose scrunching in disapproval. "Yeah, yeah! Yucky bedtime." He frowned. "Can't I just stay away for ten more minutes? Please, Kat? I promise that I'll be quiet." Jackson pleaded with his sister. Upon his face was the famous puppy dog eyes that he used to get his way with her; and each time, it worked. No matter what the situation was, she just couldn't say no to the kid. He was so filled with joy whenever they received the chance to hang out together, and that alone made her feel proud. "Fine, but we can't tell mom and dad that you stayed up past your bedtime. Deal?"


"Deal!" The young boy replied as he cozied up to his older sister. She leaned forth, resting her chin against the top of his head -- her eyes traversing over towards the television to focus on the movie she was watching. Just as she did, the scheduled programming was interrupted by a news broadcast which caused Katherine to suck her teeth in annoyance.


"We interrupt your regularly scheduled programming to bring you this breaking news. Earlier this evening we reported the findings of a dead body floating face down at the base of the falls. We have just been informed that the body has been identified as 17-year-old Genevieve Wilson. As stated previously, the body was found mutilated with dozens of lacerations to the skin. We have-"


The words that the television emitted began to fade in the background of Katherine's mind as she sat there in shock. Her chin slipped away from her brother's head, tears pooling within her eyes as they fought their way out. Genevieve Wilson, Genevieve Wilson. This name played over and over in her mind.  It was a constant repetition as if it were a mantra, a Vedic hymn that had no means of being forgotten. Surely she couldn't have heard the name correctly. No, she wouldn't believe it. Politely pushing her brother to the side, she rubbed the top of his head and went into the kitchen with her cellular device in hand. Slender digits caressed the cold crystalline screen before she dialed Mrs. Wilson's phone number.

Ring Ring.

"H-hello?" A voice came through the phone. Soft sobs and gentle weeps could be heard in between the opening of the line.

"Mrs. Wilson? Hello, it's Katherine. I just saw the news and they said that Gen was found dead. This is just a mix-up...right? A mistake..." Katherine waited for an answer, but the phone call fell silent for at least what she assumed to be 15 seconds. Her hands trembled nervously, her fingers gripping the solid frame of her cellphone tightly.

"Oh, Katherine...my darling.I'm sorry. I'm so...so sorry, but it's not a mistake. My little girl is gone."

Katherine's cellphone fell to the floor, the screen crushing against marble flooring as glass shards shattered. A lump the size of mount Olympus grew within her throat, making it difficult for her to breathe. Her throat burned like mines of sulfur until finally, the element that trapped within dared to release itself. Vomit spilled from parted lips, embellishing the kitchen floor in remnants of Katherine's last meal. How could this have happened? Why would anyone want to kill a 17 year of girl?

Katherine retracted the question within her mind. Genevieve wasn't exactly like by some people in town, and that dislike was just deserved. Gen could be a downright cold-hearted bitch sometimes, and Kat witnessed it with her own eyes. In all honesty, they were the best of friends at some point and Genevieve still managed to make threats upon threats when she didn't get her way. However, that didn't matter. That still didn't mean that she deserved death.


"This is just a nightmare. This is all that it can be. I'll wake up soon and Gen will still be alive. Yeah, she'll still be alive." She tried to speak the thought into existence, but it only made the ache within her stomach churn more. It was almost as if a knife was being thrust into her gut, the pain so surreal; bizarre even. Everything seemed to change around her. Her sight was blurry -- her legs weak as she wobbled from side to side, trying to make it back into the living room to be with her brother. Her mind was clouded, vision deceiving her as she slammed her head against the wall -- passing out on bitterly cold flooring. This had to be a sick joke. God, please let this be some kind of twisted jest
