- Swiss bracket is typically done for Pokemon Card Game Tournaments. The basics of it are that losing twice doesn't knock you out of the tournament. Let's say there are 16 people, the bracket could go on for 6 rounds. In those 6 rounds, you would play against other people who have equal wins and losses as you. So if you go 0-2 first 2 matches, you will go up against another person who is 0-2. The finale would be against the players with the best records.
- With smaller player pools, I feel that this helps give players plenty of chances to compete, removes "blow outs", allows low-mid skilled players a chance against higher skilled players while still being able to play against others on their level.
