I tried to buy a program from the vendor but the guy didn't end up selling me anything. After buying I messaged him and still no answer. In our conversations, he said that it might take a few days to arrive and since it has been a few days and since I still do not have the program I would like to refund.

Long story short I bought this product 6 days ago and still haven't heard anything from the vendor and now thinking I could be scammed I would like my payment back.
