Background: Yeong Hyeji was born as the youngest child of 3. Being the youngest, however, she found herself struggling to see the light as a resident of her siblings' shadows. Her parents showered praises amongst their two oldest children who both came to be law students and surgical residents respectively. Hyeji was more left to her own, being the trouble child that their parents gave up on manipulating for she had become so blinded by her love for the arts that she never listened to them. Being ignored even by her own parents, Hyeji was used to being in her own little world and barely communicated with anyone.
Hyeji, being the introvert she is, was determined to live a quiet high school life without attracting attention. She succeeded for what seemed to be a single second until her close friend WATCH dragged her into joining the cheer squad despite knowing that something as small as a grazed knee made everyday life difficult for Hyeji. Of all things that Hyeji expected, this was definitely at the bottom of the list. Actually, scratch that, it wasn't even on the list in the first place.

Personality:
- Shy | Just being in her own little bubble most of her life as a result of her parents' negligence made Hyeji a very shy person, indeed. Though she doesn't have a problem with people, she won't approach them on her own accord and will usually only befriend people who approach her first. Whether it's just a lack of courage, or a lack of knowledge on how to interact with people, Hyeji's somewhere in the middle.

- Pure-hearted | Rather than being pure in a "I don't get dirty jokes, sorry" or "I care for everyone no matter how mean they are to me" kind of way, she's pure-hearted through her will to stay the same even when everything else changes around her. It could be naivety, but she believes that as long as she can resist the pain of life, she can be happy. Who knows? Maybe she's right.

- Stubborn | In a childhood where she didn't listen to anyone but herself, it's only natural that she will be a bit reluctant in accepting being wrong. You just can't go against her without expecting a very long, tiring battle. If there's anytime Hyeji truly feels confident other than with a paintbrush in hand, is when she knows she's right about something, no matter what it is.

- Disorientated | Hyeji is the type of person who loses sense of her surroundings fairly easily. Her mind wanders off into a world far from the one she lives in and looks lost a lot of the time because of it. It's especially dangerous when she's in a cheer squad which requires a lot of concentration, but as long as she thinks of cheerleading like she does the arts, she'll do fine...hopefully.

- Daring | Though she may not look like it, Hyeji can be quite bold when it matters the most. She may be the shy one, the soft-spoken one whatever and she may not like getting actively involved in the rivalry between the Cherries and the Cherry Bombs but there is a certain limit to how much she can tolerate. Insult her cheer sisters and she'll be upset. But you hurt them, she's not going to stand there and watch.

Character aesthetic: As someone who doesn't like attracting attention, she settles for very neutral colours. Beige, white, and peach are some colours she enjoys a lot. Skirts and oversized t-shirts are her usual choice of fashion. Warm sweaters, white daisies and poetry books are a good aesthetic to represent her.

How do they act around their love Interest?; Hyeji's normally shy, but around someone as mischievous and confident as Ten, she's practically mute. She just doesn't know how to act around "someone like him".

Relationship with Love Interest; At first Ten didn't pay mind to her knowing fully well that she was just another rival. However, after accidentally seeing her dancing, he became intrigued and impressed at good she was. He pesters her a lot and is amused by her reactions to his flirty comments. They're on a friendly basis and so seeing them talk to each other is pretty normal. Without even realising Hyeji's started to get a bit more comfortable around him. Yet, she knows her limits and won't initiate anything to imply feelings beyond friendly. How this works out is an interesting journey, really.

Couple Trivia:
- He likes to pinch her cheeks
- He always asks her to dance for him
- She always asks him to go away
- He goes away eventually but ends up coming back
- She is just done with him and hides behind the other girls when she sees him
- But he always manages to see her and steals her away from the girls
