[span style="font-family:arial;font-size:14px;"]Kijuro has acquired a number of his father's personality traits: he is energetic, optimistic, and hot-blooded, and shows the epitome of a "nice guy". As a freshly graduated rookie hero, he comes across as a very laid-back, and relax, not showing tension in the most dire of circumstances (partially because of his graduation exam).

Yet, he does not allow his laid back nature to cloud his judgment or impede his dreams of becoming a hero. He has proven to be an extremely hard worker, and is constantly in search of things to improve upon and raise his skill. Being rather experienced in combat, Kijuro can both give and receive a hit, as such he is rarely distressed during combat; capable of keeping his cool and making tough decisions.

He was quite obstinate and reckless when he was younger, but over time, he has attained a more cautious attitude towards life, and deals with problems carefully.

Kijuro is also very courageous and, in contrast to his laid back nature, he is experienced in dealing with dangerous people and is not scared easily. Very few things have the ability to frighten him. Alongside his bravery, Susano is quite confident in his abilities, always choosing to believe there's more power to bring out, even at his limit.

They say a lion doesn't know fear, and that the heart of a lion beats within Kijuro. Upholding with the descriptions of his heroic nature, Susano is a brave and courageous individual. However, this trait, against all expectations was not a natural thing for the man to possess.

Rather, it unfolded during his time alongside his elder brother , the close camaraderie they held nurturing his growth into the hero he is today. Seeing him as an example in how he never cowered in the face of seemingly overwhelming odds or the fact he never was one to back off from a challenge, Kijuro is the type of man who upholds the virtue of courage and admires it in others.

Post graduation, he had absorbed all the heroism he came to witness as a young child. The personality required to become a role model, and to spread his values to young children out there. As such, Kijuro had made it his catchphrase to say "Kachow", whenever in the presence of a child. Although a seemingly silly thing, he sincerely believes it would make an impact in children. 

He detests being looked down by others, which normally angers him, and will hold contempt towards those that don't take him seriously, while recognizing the effort of those that manage to put up a challenge against him.

Determined and thirsty for victory, Kijuro smiles eerily when in the middle of a battle. He is incredibly focused on achieving his own authentic victories and has learned to never underestimate his opponents. Kijuro is not only very talented at fighting, but also very intelligent and extremely perceptive, capable of strategic planning - All of his immense experience in combat scenarios helped contribute to make Susano a very dependable hero.[/span]

[font face="arial"][div style="text-align:justify;"][span style="font-size:14px;"]Before the young man that came to be known as Kijuro Shiroki, the Volt Aegis was born, his family, originally from Tokyo, Japan had moved all the way to Thailand, as sort of a mutual ground for meeting their entire kin. The Shiroki family was spread across the world, literally. Some were found in Russia, thus gaining Slavic genes, some in America, and, as we all know, some in Japan. Upon arrival, the Shiroki family gained another member in their already plentiful household. Born prematurely, the young man came to be known as Kijuro.

  The young boy had been born able-bodied, just the right size for a baby. But, as he grew up, and his appetite increased, he became...chubby.

  His father and two brothers all had the same Power Up Quirk, which only enhanced their punch to a very small extent. Kijuro however, inherited his mother’s. His Quirk manifested by the age of 4, as most quirks do. His mother never really mastered her quirk, so it was not impressive in Kijuro’s eyes - making him believe that his quirk can only create small sparks in his hands at best.

  And as everything would go, he entered middle school overweight and insecure. During the ongoing chaos, the young boy found himself in a stressful situation, especially for his age. The vicious bullying and harassment he'd receive on a daily basis from his peers was horrendous, going as far as to shun the boy from their class entirely. Weak and overweight, that was the first time Kijuro had experienced true sadness, the true reality of this world.

All men are not born equal, or so the saying goes. Kijuro had it rough; Ridiculed and assaulted regularly, terrible school results, and a lack of friendships.

However. As every hero story goes...He was destined triumph.

  His father, a famous Muay Thai trainer, began tutoring his son in the art, and he quickly discovered Kijuro's combat instincts surpass any of his brothers, despite his weak build. The boy knew when to attack, when to defend, and when to counter. Quickly picking up on all the small details regarding footwork and hand positioning, Kijuro was seemingly destined success in the martial arts business.

However, you see, the young boy always had an burning passion for heroism. Those that risk their lives to save many more. They were so powerful, none had to worry about them. They had it all. And, if anything, Kijuro was determined.

He began not only training his body, but his mind and quirk as well. And, a couple of years later, when he was around 12 years old, Kijuro got to partake in a heroic activity himself, something that sealed his destiny, in his mind.

  Ever since the young boy discovered the altruistic benefactors of a quirk, it had been Kijuro's aspiration to become a hero; an eternal love it became, once the youthful child had realized that quirks could be utilized to save and protect those in danger. It was love so deep.

And, finally, the boy was sent off to Japan to pursue his dream. Of course, with the help of his beforehand training, Kijuro wes admitted into U.A. High, where he remained for the coming years. Basic education, Quirk education, Quirk training, and Hero-basics were the main subjects undertaken by the young hero.

Even a few villains had crossed paths with Kijuro and the rest of their classes during some demonstrations and training missions gone south. While Kijuro himself was by no means at the top of his class regarding any subject aside from the Quirk  Apprehension test, he proved himself to be a loyal and steadfast student well on his way to becoming a Pro Hero, with a flashy quirk and a hard will.

  Perhaps the most difficult part of his journey throughout the hero academy was acquiring and maintaining an internship. Settling down with a renowned Pro Hero to learn the ways of the craft, finding one wasn’t easy. A willing one, rather. He exchanged mentors and found that, despite his best efforts, there was no one willing to accept the boy - be it his brashness, or arrogance, all those qualities he developed. For a while, he strayed off course. He was evolving rapidly, both in strength and intellect, but the growth had poked back.

  That all changed once he met Kailani, the love of his live. Somehow and in somewhere, he was approached and the two hit it off. He learned many qualities a true hero should have, and quickly became the version of Kijuro you see today.

  Despite that, a rocky road that led on for two more years before Kijuro finally entered his third year, the year where he had matured and grown the most. In his graduation exam, as a sort of 'prize', Kijuro were to team up with his classmate, Sora to battle a monstrous teacher known as Tanuki, with his quirk 'God of the Black Sand'. One could quickly realize the suffering and pain they went through. But he stayed fierce, and on his feet. Finally, after a horrifying day, they graduated.

  A rocky road that led on for two more years before Kijuro finally graduated from U.A. and became an official Hero, Evan finally made his first step into the world of Pro Heroes. Now, it's time for ACT III of his story.

Kijuro's BPM [ beats per minute ] immensely surpasses the average resting rate of sixty to one-hundred [ 60 - 100 ] to accommodate his quirk's physical needs. To increase his heart's frequency, he consumes approximately six cups of coffee a day; naturally, caffeine is a stimulant of the nervous system and of the cardiac centres, therefore resulting in an increased heart rate.

[font style="font-family:arial;font-size:14px;"][b]DESCRIPTION:[/b][/font][/font][font face="arial"][span style="font-size:14px;"]  Electric Override is an Emitter-type Quirk that allows the user to generate, store and project electricity for a myriad of uses. The quirk can manipulate the intensity, shape, range, and others traits, but how effective they are depends on the user's experience level with the quirk. Kijuro, being at ⌈ ADEPT ⌋ level, he had pushed his quirk to a level where it is considered ⌈ EXTREMELY DESTRUCTIVE ⌋.

Once Electric Override has been rendered, the electricity is revealed to originate amid both hands of its caster, emitting spasmodic bolts of lightning. In result of its generated locus—around both hands—the hero primarily utilizes a style of combat known as Denkijutsu, or Umbra-Electrokinetic Combat, a fundamental form of combative techniques where he can combine the quirk's lightning manipulation with physical combat, granting him very impressive offensive capabilities; albeit, this can occasionally leave his defensive abilities quite lacking—especially when enraged.

Kijuro is able to generate massive quantities of electricity from his body (theoretically, he can generate up to approximately one hundred megavolts). Through any part of his body, Kijuro generates powerful waves of lightning and electricity, often burning, piercing and or shattering the target, with Kijuro himself being immune to them. He can attack with a single or both hands to generate electrical discharges at a distance or at close-range, alongside a plethora of different types of lightning (spheres, lances, bombs, etc), and by generating electricity on different parts of his body, he’s capable of making his attacks in melee deadlier. At this level of proficiency, Kijuro can quite easily control, discharge, even 'play' with the electricity he creates. 

The effects of the blast depends on the user's own ability; Kijuro, with his solid control over lightning, has proven himself capable of conjuring bolts of electricity that has either frail, hot enough to melt various quantities of metal or devastating power to inflict damage on a ⌈ BUILDING LEVEL ⌋.
His bolts, in a purely destructive sense, are equivalent to missiles and tank fire at this point. Examples include characters such as Muscular and Bakugou of MHA.

One of the simpler ways to use this electricity is to channel it into tools, increasing the weapon's cutting power by making it vibrate or causing a numbing effect to those weapons in contact. Now, Kijuro simply gathers the lightning to his hand, causing severe piercing/concussive damage to anything or anyone his hand touches, capable of breaking/cutting through thick layers of metal, large boulders, pure stone, etc. He also makes broader use of the lightning, such as manipulating the flow so it expands on contact or emitting it around himself to attack those nearby. After struck by Blue and stronger lightning, the target will most likely be paralyzed and have various burns. The paralyzation effects of course vary from individual to individual, and a large number of factors are included (the target's durability, willpower, stamina, etc).

Speaking of versatility, Kijuro is capable of propelling/hovering via the usage of explosive lightning bolts, using this both on the ground to increase his speed and in the air to achieve a pseudo form of flight (similar to Bakugou). Additionally, as already mentioned before, Kijuro can harness the light emitted for an ability he calls [i]Final Flash - [/i]a sphere of lightning amid his hands explodes into a large scale flash. Much like a stun grenade, the flash of light blinds anyone close by.

With the growth of his power and potential, another technique which Kijuro had discovered while partaking in the training regime of another electric-type hero Power-Surge - By empowering and increasing the voltage, he reaches a level where his element gains a deathly Black colouring. With this, Kijuro can create, shape and manipulate the electricity of a darker, detrimental nature; that which damages, destroys, and consumes anything/everything - (cars, trees, walls, etc.) - it comes across, representing the hazardous destructive side of electricity, which in turn ignores most of the limitations and weaknesses of the normal electricity. In essence, this is about solely controlling the negative powers of electricity. Although it's a very high level technique, it requires immense amounts of willpower and focus. So much so in fact, that, the only way to feasibly use this lightning is by activating his Flow State. Additionally, the usage of Black Lightning is extremely volatile/destructive, thus causing harm to both himself and the environment by accident is an ever-present danger, which is why it is only used in dire circumstances. Provided he could activate his Flow State of course.

Defense wise, it’s rather limited and the lightning’s primary use is to encase the user in a protective aura. The range of his lightning tops at 100 meters, where he cannot push forward without losing its effectiveness.[/span][/font][/div][div style="width:450px;margin:auto;text-align:justify;"]

Secondly, while having his quirk engaged, he can quite easily make collateral damage by touching or by missing his attack, thus dealing damage to the wrong object/person. Kijuro’s electricity production depends vastly on his stamina, so if he is tired or if the battles elongates his efficiency decreases.

Like any other type of electricity, any isolators have a hand in stopping his attacks. Besides fatiguing, Kijuro’s sight also narrows and his senses falter the longer he uses his quirk that is. Kijuro’s power won’t rise or decrease depending on the weather as it will not affect his electricity production. [/span][/font]

Kijuro can take a considerate amount of internal and or external assaults before succumbing to the effects. Attacks under the Apprentice rank have very little chance of hurting him, while Intermediate is still well within his zone of sustaining injuries, albeit substantially lower than that of his peers.

A state of extreme focus; all unnecessary thoughts disappear as the athlete becomes absorbed in his play. It is the ultimate domain, opened only to those who know of its existence. It's passed on from generation to generation, and in Kijuro's case, a family's secret. Yet only few dedicated to honing its craft achieve this state. It has a strong emotional trigger, which is different for everyone, and the basic requirement for entering  the state known as the Flow State is to have unwavering passion, be it a sport or in combat (It can't be activated by force). It is distinct for every individual, but it usually expressed via their eyes that will be shown emitting currents of electricity, indicating the player's deep concentration. The colors of the electricity is the colour matching their eyes. The vision of the user becomes fully monochrome and their hearing is completely filtered.

When in the Flow State, Kijuro's physical abilities are amplified to reach his full potential, and his mental processes are maximized in efficiency. He performs at his best during that time as he's absorbed in combat, reaching deeper to truly go even beyond his own capabilities. His capability reaches far beyond natural levels, making him immensely stronger, faster, durable and smarter.
