- told you I would keep up with how we were doing and where we are at
- right now we're at Hungry Horse, Montana and we've been hanging around Glacier National Park
- Today was pretty awesome, we hiked to Avalanche Lake, which was really light blue from all the glacier water and pumice. after we went to a cheesy outdoor family fun center that ended being really fun and I won every activity lols
- Avalanche Lake (we took pictures with all of us but i didnt get them yet)

- Today went on St Mary Falls + Virginia Falls hike and the Hidden Lake trail hike
- Tommorow going on the 'most popular' hike, the Iceberg Lake hike which is like 9miles round trip
- Not going to Canada anymore because Gran doesn't want to, so going to Great Falls next I think(?)

- lmao
- Today we hiked 4.6 miles up to Iceberg Lake, the lake wasnt as visible because fog was all over, but the scenery was still really amazing. I can understand why it's the second most popular hike here.
- Actual picture of Iceberg Lake lol

- Finally got home, I'm just going to start taking pictures with my iPod and attaching them in an online album so you can see
- Today was sort of a rest day
- We went to Waterton, Canada
- First thing we did was go to the Prince of Wales hotel for fancy traditional English afternoon tea, with crumpets and stuff.
- After we went up to tour the Bellevue, Canada coal mine tour, and learned about some pretty interesting stuff like how they used grounded limestone powder to prevent coal dust explosions. Everything in Canada seemed really organized and clean, but it was an insanely popular tourist spot so who knows. After that we ate back in St Mary and just got home, and tonight is the last night we'll be here at the St Mary KOA. Tomorrow we are going to Great Falls to see a Lewis and Clark thing. That's all I know/can remember
- I also started taking pictures with my iPod, and I grouped it into an album (no fingernails unfortunately)
- How are you guys doing?
- I think Bronson might start emailing you too [at least he said he would]

- At Great Falls, MT, will be leaving tommorow
- Saw the Louis and Clark information stuff, learned a bunch of weird but interesting stuff.
- One thing was that sacagawea had pelvis issues from giving birth to her son, and was probably why she died. Also learned that the medicine was really odd stuff, like they had been using stuff that are used today like a bark from South America that contains things used to treat Malaria today, and on the flip side used tons of mercury and led.
- Visited the falls, they were pretty coo, but they put a dam on the river in the early 1900s when it wasnt a historical landmark so the waterfalls were low on water
- Didn't take pictures :c thought we were just going to Denny's then going back so I didn't bring my iPod
- Grandpa is starting to get pissy for no reason. He's angry at everyone for no reason and blames us for things that are his fault. He imitated me like a 5 year old too after I asked him a simple question, was pretty weird.
- That's pretty much it. How are you guys doing?

- Sorry Grandpa is being a douche =( I don't know what his problem is. How immature!!
- That is why I got away to my Grandma's house. You don't have to go with him again if you don't want. Hopefully he doesn't ruin the whole trip for you. I love you and hope the rest of the trip is ok. If he is being a dick just don't acknowledge him there is no winning with him. Just pretend he is some asshole tourist and shine it on. ;-) We are fine. We were supposed to go camping yesterday but we had a thunder/rain storm. We are not doing anything exciting. Crystal is at her friend Naomie's house for the week so I am totally bored. You are not missing anything here. Love you! <3 XX

- Thanks, i'm not sure I look up to him anymore. We are confused as to how Gran puts up with it at times.
- Today we are moving down to Yellowstone. We stopped in Ennis and ate. Would be cool to see Yellowstone again since all I remember was driving where the animals walk up to you and Ol Faithful. Maybe I'll remember more when we are there
- Is Bronson emailing you yet D:
- Also, apparently we are getting home late August/ early september. Maybe earlier which would be nice, relax time is nice

- I don't know how she does it either! Bronson is no emailing me. I hope things mellow out a little. I talked to him today and he seemed happy and fine. Just don't let him get to you. You can ignore his bitchiness and enjoy your trip. Focus on the good parts and go to your "happy place" lol

- Huh well he just dropped and shattered a glass from a cabinet and yelled at himself, then proceeded to grab for another and it crashed to the floor. Maybe he has calmed down now lol. If the situation wasn't so tense I would have laughed so hard

- Maybe he is having cravings to drink, that would make him grouchy. It is harder to stop drinking and maintain sobriety when you don't go to meetings for the first coupla years. It is called being a "dry drunk" That means that the person has stopped drinking but still behaves like he did when he was drinking. In this case like a dick. Stay strong and keep your sense of humor ;-)

- He seems to have settled down now, thankfully
- Today's hike was amazing. We are in West Yellowstone now if I didnt say it and went on the South Rim Trail today. It was probably the best hike I've ever been on. There was a trail called Uncle Tom's Trail 220 steps down to the base of the fall. Going down was nice. Going up... not so much. After it we went to see the Painter Pot Trail (which was so-so unless you like bubbling pools of clay).
- Bronson says he will email you today too
- ~album~
- inb4 this album takes you like 15 mins to load
- theres a couple of the same ones, I didnt bother sorting them, too damn many

- I laughed out loud about the buffalo! It was buffalo and mountain goats that were all over the road when we drove through. Bronson did email me today. It is hotter than hell here and boring. Be glad that even though Grandpa acts up, you are on an amazing adventure!

- lol
- It's amazing how people will stop in the middle of the road to stare at a deer too, and how many asians are here. There has to be like 50 tour busloads full of them
- Pretty nice hikes today, went up to Mystic Falls then walked along the pathway to see ol' faithful, great geyser and morning glory pool. Starting to regret not bringing gummy bears
- took pictures, but im tired so i'll just send it tommorow along with the next update
- night :v

- Good Morning!
- You kinda have to stop for deer and large animals. I am sure
- Grandpa Peter would just mow anything smaller down! lmfao! You are going to be buff by the time this summer is over. Your gummy bears are safe and will be here when you get home.

- nononono I mean deer in like a meadow or next to a stream, not near the road. They usually just stop in the middle of the road, get their cameras and walk off so traffic gets really bad. and I see what you are saying, Grandpa is a really scary driver D:
- We've been hiking like 7-9 miles a day lately! doubt we will get buff but definitely less ghostly
- Today we went up to see some of the less exciting geysers. We went on the wrong fork in the trail so we just turned around quite a ways up and said we followed the whole thing lol
- afterwards went to eat at Gardiner or the North Yellowstone entrance
- ill send the pics tomorrow, didnt take too many today though
- Brandon Greenleaf <bmgreenleaf@gmail.com>

- Now we are in Cody, Wyoming
- We went to a dinner hall thing where a band played (Three C Cowboys) who had the best guitarist I've ever heard. After we went to a rodeo that was actually really entertaining. The bulls all span out except for two, one person was able to stay on for more than 8 seconds but the other let go of his rope and was flung into the air like 15 feet. There was a bunch of other events too like barrel racing, cow roping, team roping, they got kids to pull bandanas off the tails of calfs, was pretty fun.

- Cool! Ya, rodeos rock! I hope u are back by labor day. we want to go to the Eburg rodeo or just to the Ultimate Bulls competition.

- They say they will give us like 5 days to cool off at home before school starts so who knows, we could be
- Today we went to the Buffalo Bill Museum thingy, which had like 5 different museums within it
- the exhibits: Yellowstone, Buffalo Bill, Plain Indians, Western Art, Firearms
- Learned a lot
- Also saw people at an intersection throw ice at the car in front of them, the guy in front proceeded to get out of his car, stare at him and a fight almost went down
- Oh yeah the only thing weird about the rodeo was prayer was like mandatory and they preached about Romney and how Obama is bad. Jesus-land you scary
