#### I believe you should choose me to become a Staff member because becoming a Staff member takes much work and dedication, and I feel I am able to hold this responsibility. Being Staff member means you are willing to help users and moderate the chat to make sure everything is safe. As Staff member, I believe I would be able to complete my quota of interacting with users and making sure that they are satisfied with any questions/problem solved. Being Staff member means that you are willing to comply with users and must make sure their experience with Insomnia is positive. Becoming Staff member doesn't mean you have the power to ban the raiders or punish anyone that breaks the rules; as this your job but there is much more than that. Being Staff member means that you must complete your duties to give you more experiences in the future. Joining other teams like events team and etc helps you to improve your abilities with your staff skills and provides you more experience of how to handle it. I believe I can hold these responsibilities because I think of myself as I responsible person and able to multitask. Many people call themselves responsible but don't show it but I feel I can prove that I am responsible and be able to provide aid to the community. I also believe I am the suitable candidate because I have a friendly personality and consider myself social towards the community. Users love staff members with an extrovert personality and staff members with more of a round personality. I hope to be able to gain more experiences and learn more about the cycle of Staff. I also hope to achieve to gain satisfaction from people and to allow users to feel comfortable when they are around me. A trainee role is a big responsibility to take, and I feel that I am the perfect candidate who can uphold a rank to provide better satisfaction towards the users.
