Odd Dream 08/20/2019

I dreamed I was being held hostage in this weird mall sort of thing. Think one of those shows where it shows class structure with four tiers of class structure.

The mall had visible exits and the outsiders could come and go as they please. But there were also doors to some sort of sewer area that resembled something of that society in Futurama except the people were just normal people and the society again looked like a mall. The sewer was another class. The sewer people weren't allowed in the mall.

I dreamed that I was back in high school and for some reason my physics teacher Mr. Collins was teaching math. I had to stay overnight to finish some sort of math problem and for some reason it involved me going even lower than the sewer area. Apparently there was a volcanic area below the sewer area and it was a very treacherous area. Oddly enough people seemed mostly content about the class structure and internalized being ok about living there without resenting the upper people? This chill dude was like "once you come down here you have to be under a certain weight or you won't be able to get back" due to the return path. I was barely under the weight requirement and the volcano was spewing lava from parts of the ground.

When I got back apparently I could solve the problem and it was something something 200 something something """primes""" which had a nonprime in it which confused even my dream self. The numbers were 11 13 19 23 27 29 and the proof to whatever problem I was doing had to deal with "primes between 10 and 30, except for 27 apparently" or something like that. Then I turned it in and hoped I'd get a 100 on it because it was difficult to get the answer. Then I met up with some dude in the sewer area and was drunk in the more upscale area of the sewer area and started spinning in circles down some sort of corridor. I was with two other people and I was making sure they were ok.

Then I'm back in the mall area with one of the guys (from the sewer level so he wasn't allowed there anyway) and I tell him "we have to find the South entrance" and I find it (which is a location I've seen in my dream a few times, which is unusual because usually my dream locations are entirely fabricated and never duplicated)

So like I see the outside and I'm like "they'd probably shoot you if you tried to escape but I could probably make it" since I was of the more upperclass of the people. I was wearing tattered clothing though. I bolted out of the building and outside the building resembled more of a 17th century british political building than a mall and it was huge. But I could see rolling hills. I bolted down the hill and they started firing darts at me. I guess not bullets since maybe I was a valuable citizen?

I think two outsiders saw me running and supported me and tried to hold off the pursuers but I slipped and fell into a... thingy I don't know what it was  like a giant slimy anthill without the ants. Then they get me with the darts and I "wake up" with some black lady that looks like my old history professor.

She's holding me hostage in this giant hall that again looks like one of those British or generic European political buildings with super long corridors. I sneak attack her but she wouldn't get knocked out. She noticed I was trying to escape from the windows and was about to call for backup but I started choking her and she wouldn't get knocked out. I didn't want to kill her. Just make her pass out so I threw her down a staircase to make her hit her head and pass out. She wouldn't. Then I flew down the corridor looking for another staircase as she's wailing in pain and I found one but the place ended up being infinite with her in the other corridors too. At this point I woke up for real being like what the fuck did I just dream?

I usually don't have dreams with a storyline let alone a logical path so this one fucked me up.
