  15. adenomyosis jeze2 men el endometriosis. endometriosis/endometriose is ectopic endometrial cells. usually they are present in the endometrial cavity, ectopic means tol3o la barra(they went out), when they get out they go elsewhere. bas ta yfouto bel 3adal taba3 el ra7em(myometrium/myometre) bi sir fi adenomyosis/adenomyose. when they go to the ovary/ovaire its called endometrioma/endometriome. if they go to the endometrial(/peritoneal or pelvic) cavity, its endometriose/endometriosis. however the pathology is the same, same disease and same pathology, all are endometriosis(ectopic endometrial cells)
