Furpunch Island Covenant

Welcome to FP Island, a private homestead for the FurPunch Discord Community. This sim is jointly operated by Sonador Cromwell and Nelson Jenkins. Please observe the following guidelines while in this region:

- Please note this is a private sim. Public visitors are welcome, but keep in mind the parcel's primary purpose is to serve a private community, and that community will come first. If you exercise basic manners, you will likely be fine. If you show up with a human avatar and a giant, raging erection, you will likely be ejected.

- Griefing of any kind is not tolerated. Conduct, gestures, and attachments/rezzed objects likely to greatly annoy, cause epileptic seizures, startle or scare, overburden the sim, or otherwise are designed to be solely unpleasant will result in an ejection or instant ban and a nuisance report to LL as necessary and prudent.

- Rezzing/operating vehicles displaying any of the following are STRICTLY PROHIBITED unless operated/owned by authorized region staff:
    - The insignias of law enforcement, fire services, Centurion State, or its civil subsidiaries or similar.
    - The words "POLICE," "HIGHWAY PATROL," "COUNTY," "SHERIFF," "CONSTABLE," "ADMIN," "ADMINISTRATION," "STAFF," "ENFORCEMENT," "REGION," "SIM," "LINDEN," "CIVIL SERVICES," "LAND," or any other words congruent or reasonably similar to region police, emergency services, or administration.
    - Any configuration of lights, flashing, rotating, pulsing, or solid-burning in the colors of red (that are not factory-installed and configured brake or turn lamps), blue, and/or purple.
Vehicles in violation of this guideline will be de-rezzed immediately and without warning upon observance, regardless of if the vehicle is in operation or otherwise. Violation of this section is also separately an actionable offense under the standard enforcement guidelines.

- Rezzing/operating vehicles displaying any of the following MUST submit for and receive written approval and permit number from Sonadors Resident and remain on the parcel owned/operated by their designated patrol area:
    - The insignia of any private security patrol entity.
    - The words "SECURITY," "PATROL," "SAFETY," "PARCEL," "GUARD," "OFFICER," or any other words congruent or similar to a private security patrol.
    -  Any configuration of lights, flashing, rotating, pulsing, or solid burning in the color of green.
Vehicles in violation of this guideline will be de-rezzed immediately and without warning upon observance, regardless of if the vehicle is in operation or otherwise. Violation of this section is also separately an actionable offense under the standard enforcement guidelines.

- Clothing is optional. Prominent display of sexual arousal/erections, lewd emotes (including public-visible clickies), fetish conduct or appearance including hyper genitalia and so forth, or other such sexual actions, conduct, appearance, or solicitation possible to make other users uncomfortable is not permitted in public areas where gatherings are present without first asking the group you are joining if they are okay with it *prior to engaging in the conduct.* If you are asked not to at any point before or after, you MUST cease or relocate to a private area.

Public as defined in this section is any land marked "Furpunch Island" in the topbar; commercial parcels such as the Wowo, Rodex, and Overlook Park; and any privately owned parcel, with parcel privacy off, that is not indoors and visible from the street. In short: natural non-provactive nudity is okay, positive consent IS REQUIRED for any other sexual conduct in public areas.

- Private lots are the private property of others. Please respect the privacy and requests of their owners. It is generally considered bad form to enter other people's homes without being expected, invited, or contacting the owner/ringing the doorbell/etc. Lewd conduct in other's private parcels, or squatting in others' private parcels without permission is grounds for an instant regionwide ban. Parcel owners are permitted to operate their security orbs independently and at their discretion. If you are repeatedly required to be ejected from their parcels, you may face disciplinary action from the region administration.

- Unless otherwise stated, prim count limit for private parcels at present is listed in each parcel's About Land dialog (right click the ground on your parcel, then select About Land) where applicable. We will contact you if you are over your LI limit and afford you a reasonable period of time to meet the limit unless you are offline for an extended period, in which case we will attempt to equalize your parcel as unobtrusively as possible. Please do not construct buildings likely to be considered a nuisance, noxious, or otherwise an eyesore for others. For reference, please see our established private parcels. Ownership of a parcel is contingent on being present in-region at least once per month, for a minimum of one uninterrupted hour.

- Conduct yourself in a manner that ensures you are not a nuisance to others. Playful conduct and shitposting is fine. Malicious or aggressive conduct is not.  If a user is making you uncomfortable, message them POLITELY to please stop. If they are on your private parcel, you may use your orb to eject them at any time. If you are in a public area or parcel, and they do not respect your requests to stop, contact a group staff member, Nelson, or Sonador.

- A FurPunch Discord Server ban will retroactively deny you access to the region. This is not subject to appeal through region administration and will need to be instead appealed via the discord server staff. If you are the owner of a parcel, your parcel will be forfeited back to the region administration, and any no-copy items may be permanently deleted at your expense.

- Violations of this covenant will result in administrative action as necessary and prudent, up to and including a region ban and/or parcel forfeiture. Banned users forfeit any land holdings and any no-copy items may be deleted without warning. The region administration reserves the right to eject or ban anyone at any time for any reason. No warranty or guarantee of access is provided.
