  3. Kyoko Kirigiri feels how Narul gives her a slight flick on her nose. She notices that thats something that he likes to do for some strange reason. She will receive the light weights and feels how her arms had a little of difficulty to carry the weights. This was not going to be an easy training. {1}

  5. Kirigiri would nod and will sit on the bench. Then she will lift up a little her long dress revealing partialy her legs and she will wear the light weights on her ankles. Then she will stands op and move her legs a little to test the weights and try to make her body get used to the new weight that she will have to carry now. {2}

  7. Kyoko Kirigiri bows her head politely and walks away. She is walking with a little of difficulties because of the light weights that she is wearing and her wet clothes. Walk a little pretty sure will help her to to get used to wear the light weights more easily. {2,5}

  9. Kyoko Kirigiri continúes walking around the village while she wears her light weights under the rain. She will arrive to the pier of the village. As usual was totally empty. There was no one around, Kirigiri would unsheath her katana and adopts her combat stance. She would start to execute different basics attacks with her sword. The steps she does makes a loud sound with the wood of the pier everytime she moves. The weights on her ankles makes her steps more heavy and noisy. She needs to learn how to be able to move with her light weights as if she were not wearing any weights on her ankles. {3,5}

  11. Kyoko Kirigiri after practice with her sword she sheathed it and decided to continue with other exercise to make her body feel more comfortable with her weights. She will begins to jog around the village for a while trying to create a running circuit for herself. She needs to do 3 laps around the village. She will use the walls of the village as an indicator of the road she has to follow while she is jogging. [4,5]

  13. Kyoko Kirigiri bends to check her light weights on her ankles. She would start moving her legs a little trying to warm the muscles of her legs before the practice combat start. Then she would unsheath her katana and get in position ready to start. [5]

  15. Kyoko Kirigiri tries to parry and riposte the incoming attack but she was not skillful enough and the weights on her ankles make it more difficult.. She only would be able to redirect the attack of Sheeta. Kirigiri would take moves to a side to positionate herself more closer of the wall. She feels how the light weights makes her movements more slow. {6}

  17. Kyoko Kirigiri heard the words of Sheeta about that she was going to become more stronger and that she lives for Narul. Kirigiri made the promise to protect Sheeta. Even if this means protect her of herself. Kirigiri would not move Sheeta would discover that her punch does not have any effect on her. Kirigiri would rise her right leg with some difficlties because of the weight on her ankle and try to kick Sheeta's left rib. {7}

  19. Kyoko Kirigiri would feel how her leg hits something hard on Sheeta's rib. "Is that an armor?" *thought to herself* Kirigiri would move her body with difficulties because the fatigue and the light weights has begun to affect her a little. She would be able to partially dodge the attacks and Sheeta would notice that she was not affecting her. Kirigiri would adopt her combat stance and will start using her sword she needs to find a weakness in that armor. She will try to attack aiming an horizontal cut on Sheeta's left leg. {8}

  21. Kyoko Kirigiri could heard the sound the the metal of her sword clashing with the armor of Sheeta. "So the armor protect her legs and torso, I dont wanted to aim to that place...I will avoid use the blade side of the sword" *thought to herself. Kirigiri would do a spin with her body to mitigate the damage and dont recieve any damage, while she does this, she turns the blade of her sword to use the blunt side and will try to smack the head of Sheeta with it holding a little her stength to dont cause any dangerous wound. {9}

  23. would get surprised in the moment that her attack was parried and she got counter attacked. Kirigiri would rise her sword and deflect the sword attack to a side making both swords clash each one creating some sparks in the process. After that Kirigiri would take a step back and keep her position. She feels that her legs hurts because of the weights on her ankles. {10}

  25. Kyoko Kirigiri decides to go to the mountain that has a big waterfall in the village. Once there Kirigiri got the idea of climb the mountain while she was wearing her light weights on her ankles. Kirigiri takes out the light weights of her pouch and puts it on her ankles once ready she begins o climb the mountain very carefully. This was a good way to train and complete her physical training task at the same time. {11}

Kyoko Kirigiri continues climbing very slowly she pays closely attention to the rocks that looks loose to avoid them, she does not want by accident use one of these rocks to climb and fall down bacause of it. She can feel how her hands has started to shake already because of the fatigue but she only has reached the half of the mountain she cannot look back. {12}

  29. Kirigiri takes a deep breath trying to gather a little more of stamina to continue her climbing. She continues and accidentaly she feels how one of the rocks that she uses to impulse her weight and climb gets loose and she begins to fall. On the falling she is able to hold herself grabing one of the rocks this cause her to smack herself against the mountain wall and get some scratches in the process. {13}

  31. Kirigiri keeps climbing she feels how her body has started to sweat because of the constant training and the stress of put he life at risk doing this. The fatigue makes her light weights on her ankles feel more heavy and it makes her feel like the gravity were more strong because of her fatigue. The sweat on her hands make it more difficult to climb too because the rocks become more slippery. {14}

  33. After some hours Kirigiri finally were able to reach the top of the mountain. She is so tired that even breathe is something exhausting for her right now. She lies on the floor and begins to watch the clouds in the sky while she let that her body recovers of the training. She knows that rest is something important in every training. Without realizing it she would have fallen asleep within minutes. {15}

Kyoko Kirigiri decides to continue her training, she feels that she has not improve lately, this makes her feel a little upset with herself, everyone has been improving and she keeps losing battle after battle. Kirigiri puts her light weights on her ankles and starts jogging around the village for a while to warm her muscles. {16}

  37. After that she would go to the pier inside the village and with practice a little with her sword while she is wearing her light weights. She will unsheat her sword and will start slashing the air like if she were fighting against an invisible foe. She will start with an horizontal cut, then an diagonal cut and finally she would use the technique Men cut executing an upward vertical cut with all her forces. {17}

  39. Gasping and feeling tired she decides to not stop. She needed to try to surprass her limits if she wants to improve. She will do some basic exercises, starting with some push-ups she gets in posicion and begins. "One....Two....*minutes later*..twenty four...twenty five....*another minutes later*....f...forty....f...forty one....forty two..." Then her arms would not be able to continue and she will fall to the floor. The light weights on makes her feel more tired and its more difficult to her keep training. {18}

  41. Finally she would end her daily training jogging around the village again, she needs to finish her training with an light intensity exercise to avoid any possible cramping in her muscles. Once she ends of run around the village, she will take a hot shower to relax her muscles and recover part of her energy.{19}

  43. Kyoko Kirigiri before move she takes out a cloak and throws it to Saigou saying. "Sorry I forgot to return this to you. I hopw you dont mind." Then she would turn her attention to Yuki. She was by nature a serious woman so the taunts was something that would not easily affect there but Yuki wanted her to attack first so she will do that. Kirigiri would try to punch on the exposed cheek of Yuki. She feels her movements a little slow becauce of the light weights that she is wearing. {20}

  45. Kyoko Kirigiri would be able to notice the incoming attack of Yuri. She will move her body trying to dodge the attack sadly with her actual reflexes and the light weights slowing her down she only would eb able to partially dodge the attack reducing the damage. Yuri will notice that his attack would not affect Kirigiri, looks like she has a strong body capable of resist some pain. Her endurance will reduce the damage to 1. {21}

  47. Kirigiri would then unsheath her sword, she was a swordswoman so it was obvious of her use her sword i a combat. Kirigiri would perform and horizontal cut with her sword aiming to Yuri's torso. She wonders if Yuri is holding back with her. {21,5}

  49. Kyoko Kirigiri feels how Yuri deflected her blade with his bare hands, this got her b surprise so this will make her down her guard and get hitted by his punch in her guts. Kirigiri would cough a little because of the impact feeling how the punch made her lose the breath just for a second nothing to worry about, she still looks fine her body was tought and was able to tolerate that pain. She would recieve 1 damage. {22,5}

  51. Kirigiri takes a step back and suddenly she change her combat stance , she would weild her sword in a different style and the positions of her feets and arms will be different. Once she adopts her combat stance she suddenly would take a step towards Yuri and she will perform an upward cut with her sword with great force, it would be more faster and powerfull than her other attacks. She still can feel her movements a little slow because of the weights her body was still not used to them. {23,5}

  53. Kyoko Kirigiri makes a sound of frustration with her mouth. "Tch" She will move her body to try to dodge the attack of Yuri. This time she was able to move a little more faster but the result was the same, she only was able to partially dodge the attack to mitigate the damage. Yuri's attack will keep just making Kirigiri lose her balance a little but she looks like her body is perfectly fine and can still fighting without problem. She only recieved 1 damage. {24,5}

  55. Kirigiri would moves around Yuri, every step is very noisy because of the extra weight on her ankles. The light weights makes her feel a little more extausted but her spirit of fight make her continue fighting, a little of exhaustion will not stop her. {25}

  57. Kyoko Kirigiri while she was trying to positionate herself behind Yuri, would be totally interrupted by his attack. She will find herself being hold back by a judo technique of Yuri. Kirigiri woul lose her balance and find herself on air for a moment then seconds later on the floor. Luckily her reflexes would help her at least move her body to avoid the impact with ground dont hit her on her head, that way she could reduce the damage of the impact. Her body would recieve 1 dmg. She tries to break free using her strength but looks like Yuri was more physicaly strong that her. {26}

  59. Kirigiri decides to attack using the only part of her body that she could still move without problem. Using her left leg she begins to try to hit Yuri on his stomach with her knee to make him lose some air with every impact, that way he could get more tired. Luckily the light weights on her ankles will make that her kicks become a little more heavy. {27}

  61. Kyoko Kirigiri would move the fingers and the wrist of the hand that she is using to wield her sword to make the sword change of position downwards. This way she will block the attack of Yuri only recieving a grazed blow. Kirigiri would spin with her body after this to positionate herself to a side of Yuri and she would attack with her sword doing a vertical cut with all her strength aiming to the left leg of Yuri. Kirigiri would recieve 1 dmg of Yuri's attack, her body has start to have some little bruises of the multiple impacts that she is constantly recieving. {28}

  63. Kyoko Kirigiri looks how Yuri comes at her much more faster. She notices that she is trying to grapple her with a hug, she was not going to be able to dodge that so she decided to at least mitigate the damage using her arms as some kind of protection to her ribs. She put her arms very close of her ribs to make the Yuri's arms embrace her arms too in the process. The impact of her body against the wall will hurt but her arms would protect her body a little. Yuri would notice that after that she was still fine, she really has a strong body capable of tolerate pain. Her body thanks to the damage reduction would recieve 1 damage. {29}

  65. Kirigiri would counter attack using her knees as she did before she would start trying to hit Yuri's stomach multiple times with her knees. Everytime she tries to hit him she feels more tired because of the weights around her ankles and the long time that she has been fighting already. {29,5}

  67. Kyoko Kirigiri Runs towards the hospital at the max speed her tired body is capable right now. The muscles of her legs hurts and every step hurt because she is still wearing her light weights. But she does not have time to lose so she just do her best and forces her body to keep running. {30}

  69. Kyoko Kirigiri takes out a light weights of her pouch. She lift up a little her long dress revealing partially her legs. Kirigiri put the light weights around her ankles. She begins to jump a little and move her feets to make her body get used to the weights. Everyday it passes she feels that is more easily to wear the light weights. Kyoko Kirigiri begins to jog around the village for a while looking for a place to train without distractions. The weight in her ankles makes her steps a little more noisy. {31}

  71. Kyoko Kirigiri arrives to her usual training place the little mountain inside the village that has a waterfall. She begins to climb up the mountain. She already memorized the path that she will take to climb more easily and her body was already much more use to the light weights around her ankles. {31,75}

  73. After some minutes climbing once she reach the top of the mountain she drink some fresh water of the waterfall and then she starts the next step of her training. She begins to practice a little of basic taijutsu attacks focusing more on her kicks that way the light weights around her ankles will make the training more hard and effective. {32,5}

  75. finished of practice her taijutsu. After a little break of 1 minute she unsheathes her sword and adopts her combat stance Kashima Shinryu. She begins to perform different kind of attacks on the air. Her sword makes the sound of the steel cutting the air with every movement. Kirigiri takes an step and performs a vertical cut, then another step followed with an diagonal cut, then she spins using her feets and cuts the air in an horizontal way. She feels how the weights do not slow her down anymore looks like she was finally used to wear her weights. {33,5}

  77. Gasping because of her exhaustion she needed to do one last thing before finish her daily train of today. Kirigiri will run across the beach on the village. The light weights around her ankles and the irregular sand will make her training much more difficult but it would be more effective, this will help her improve her stamina and her strength. Kirigiri begins to run on the sand, at the start she has so difficulties because of the irregular floor, but she quickly learns how to keep her balance while she run and after some laps she finlly finish her training. {34,5}

  79. Kirigiri takes off the light weights of her ankles and then she begis to test her kicks. She can notice that now her kick make a sound on the air because they have much more potency, she is able to notice that her muscles has grown u a little more and she feels her weight more light. Looks like finally her hard work has give her a great rewards to her. She feels really happy with herself. {35,5}
