Note: All builds are unique and build up from scratch.

6x6 = $24
7x7 = $30

Anything bigger/smaller will be up for consideration,

An additional $5 is added for the build to not be uploaded w/ a schematic/download on either my Youtube channel or PlanetMinecraft profile.

prices can be raised/lowered depending on requirements set for the build, something that costs me more time then average will obviously cost more, less required = costs less.

Builds can be completed within a minimum time of 7 days (1 week) maximum of 2 weeks, (Not done within time = money back)

slightly adjusting pre-build design = $6
Server Spawn/Hub = prize to be negotiated (Average 40-50$)
Server Shop = prize to be negotiated (Average 20$)
PvP Arena = Prize to be negotiated (Average 20-25$)
