- Auto torch now places slightly more frequently
- Disabled galacticraft aluminum and enabled thermal expansion aluminum with lowered spawn rate. Same y level as copper but less common

- Added EMC to galacticraft materials (may seem cheap, but this is to avoid expolits. We may need to remove EMC on some machines manually if crashes occur)
