Empirequests IRC Network rules and Regulations

Unwanted spamming requiring IRCop intervention:

	Spamming/Flooding (definition from Wikipedia/Webster's) is not allowed on the IRC network.  If a user spams in three separate channels it is still considered one offence.  The forums is a separate entity than IRC network.  If a user spams on a forum it is not considered an IRC offense.
	First offense - /Kill only no ban
	Second Offense - 1 Day ban
Third Offense - Multi day ban
Fourth Offense - PERM ban

Porn:
	Under no circumstances is Porn trading allowed on the IRC network.
	1st offense - Perm ban (zero tolerance)

Hate:
	1st offense - Perm ban (zero tolerance)

Any ill conduct on the forums/in game “can” result in loss of IRC service.

If it’s against the law in it’s against the rules.

Any abuse by an IRCop will result in suspension at the discretion of the network administrator and advisement of maid and chien.

Any punishment of a user beyond these guidelines is considered abuse by the IRCop.
Under these guidelines the IRCop has full authority to perform action based off these guidelines

The network administrator (pinehead) has full authority to change punishment on a user as seen fit.

Any ban action taken against a user can be appealed to pinehead from the user.

What happens in a channel stays in a channel.  IRCops may not intervene in channel affairs.  If a user is banned froma  channel they may not remove that ban.  The user may not complain to IRCops about being banned from a channel for ANY reason.  Channels are owned and managed by the channel founder and operators.

Network owner (pinehead) reserves the right to ban anybody from the network for any reason
