I'm sorry but I'm going to have to decline that hypnosis session.  At the moment IdSay, I think you're a pretty good hypnotist with quite the creative mind and toolset, it's obvious you do definitely have a passion for the craft that kind of exceeds my own in some ways.  However I and others do have real problems with your attitude towards subjects in regards to your sink or swim philosophy.  It wasn't any single one thing, but multiple including you posting risky hypnosis content in the past (which you deem to be harmless), doing text hypnosis casually outside of a proper session, and perhaps a too casual approach to doing hypnosis with subjects or new subjects.

I had mentioned some of those things to you before and didn't do anything then, because they aren't really major problems, and you did correct them.  However it has come to my attention that you enabled hypnosis of a nature inappropriate for use with a minor or minor(s) and this is unacceptable.

This was collaborated with multiple people regarding things you've said or how you've said them.  I really do thank you for your support thus far but a decision has been made to ask you to leave the server, it's not a good fit for the hypnosis that you do.  Or rather the type of hypnosis that I hope to have happen within the server.

i don't know what is happening between crystal and connor, and i don't know why i'm involved, but appearently they're having "spousal issues" so to speak
please realize that connor is.... a bit jealous and petty. he is currently on a mission to take down anyone who gives crystal more attention than he "allows"
either way if you don't wanna do a hypnosis session, that's fine. i still wanna do a vc with you at some point and at least teach you some techniques. i know we disagree on some things, but that's the exact reason i need to teach you some things. to help you understand and handle subjects who are mentally opposite of you :smiley:

IdSay, what you're saying isn't helping you.  This decision was made with the full sincerity of providing a fair outcome, and with the intent of making sure people wouldn't be affected negatively if possible.  I hesitated to do anything until I got affirmation from 3/4 of the mods as well as more information on the matter.  This isn't about you personally, simply the actions and facts involved.

I do apologize but I'm afraid that won't be happening.  You shouldn't need me or someone else to provide a balance to your life.  If you knew me I struggle with neatness and control most of the time, but I have values I do uphold and that guides everything else.  My hypnosis is actually informal compared to rigid consent structures, and I am loose with it within the bounds of consent and respect.  However I clearly know what can be harmful and what might not be, and that helps to guide my hypnosis and what I do with it all the way.  I hope that maybe you can find that balance on your own, you might find it can improve your hypnosis to be flexible in that regard.
