  9. 1. If a Pokemon's set is voted higher than that Pokemon's main Viability Rank is, then this will also increase the Pokemon's main Viability Rank.
  10. 2. No new nominations. You've had 2 months to make noms. Any nominations made at this point will be carried over to next cycle.
  11. 3. If votes for a given nomination do not reach a majority (3 votes), then each vote will have their values averaged out to determine the nomination's ranking (UR = 0, D = 1, C- = 2, etc) with any decimals being rounded down in the interest of not giving too much credit to a controversial nomination.
  12. 4. Think rationally. If a set isn't used as much or as good as other sets, this doesn't automatically mean it needs to go straight to UR. Consider the worth of each set as if they were the only set that the Pokemon could use.
  13. 5. Vote changes are allowed until one day after the last person has submitted their votes.
