  1. "The air feels awfully cold today." Gripping his blade tight in his palm, the bone chilling blade causes blisters on his fingers. Not that it really mattered anyway, if he happened to be killed or to weak to fight, he'll just be replaced by another mannequin just like him. With this thought process, it makes him so carefree about whether he lives or dies. His hope for a happy future is like a worn-out rope supporting a hammock. "I know she's out there. She has to be." A huge smile stretches across Cesan's face. The warm thoughts of old memories of his friend begin to fill his mind; the happy visits, her cheerful laughter, but best of all her warm hugs. Suddenly interrupted in mid thought, a raspy voice down below calls for him. "Have you sensed the witch yet, boy?". Cesan pauses for a minute and answers with a polite "No". The uncertain look on his master's face made him feel worried for his life. She mustered a cold stare followed by a quick remark " I found her but she's not in this realm. We need to bait her out." She releases a quick sign "My boy, are you ready for your first hunt?" Underneath Cesan's breath he mutters something inaudible as if he was cussing at her "....Always. What mak-" Camilla interrupts him "You don't want to end up like the joyful one, do you?" It was a long walk to the nearly deserted town consisting maybe only 8 towns-people. Winterhold is what the people called it. Some would argue that it's not really even a town but more of a settlement because it only has around 5 small houses with the rest being destroyed. A few carried on with their lives watched as guests would arrive. West of the town was a large building floating on a coast called The College of Winterhold. Most of the nords would shake in their boots as they heard strange tells of what magic can do. Finally arriving at Winterhold, the town fell silent as the Mojensdottir family carry themselves to the college. An altmer scholar by the name of Faralda, she usually watches as the town people come and leaves but something caught her eye. She approaches Camilla and Cesan, and ask her "What is your business with the college of winterhold?" Without second thought, Cesan turns Faralda around and slit her throat. with her jugular vein slit, and desperately coughing on her own blood. Cesan rests on one knee and opens his palm. With the scholar's jugular vein slit, and desperately coughing on her own blood. Cesan rests on one knee and opens his palm. "Coming boy?" Camilla snarked as looked behind her only getting a glance at what he was doing. "Without inner fire" In deep though, Cesan kept whispering to himself with remembered what he told a young girl he meet before. Every Loredas, Cesan used to visit a small privately-owned church, located somewhere in Rivenspire. As the cheerful young girl approaches Cesan and begins to speak. He remembers her natural red-orange, the weird symbol across her robe and the soft studder in her voice. Obviously the girl was given private educational lessons at home, so it is most likely she was not so used to seeing other people around. Crying out towards him she says; "H-Hey! I've seen you a-around here a few times. What are y-you doing?" Cesan doesn't even bother glance in the strange girl direction and keeps calmly to himself repenting for the sins he committed. The strange girl continues to speak without a care. "At least you c-can listen, my m-m-mother owns this church but not many people come here. My name is Avaline Nana Hearthforde by t-the way. What's your n-name? Why do many men look down on dark magic? Do you think it's because witchcraft is looked down upon? The Imperial Legion seem to think so but I think they are just-" "QUIET!" Cesan shouts at the top of his lungs nearly startling the girl. Tears begin to poor down her eyes as Avaline mumbles underneath her breath. "I'm sorry, I-I just n-n-need someone to talk to, most of the g-girls at the church calls me pigface and I need to vent out to someone. I want to hurt them really b-badly."Bowing down on one knee, looking into the girl's eyes, and opening his palm revealing a small flame. Cesan tells Avaline "But what if your fire is not burning well or, worse, has gone out? Without inner fire, you have no light, no heat, no desire..." The two stare at each other and for a good minute and he continues. "there's only one way out - and that's through the dark woods, your inner heart. You must change your life for the better and see how precious life really is." Avaline gives the tall man a confused look upon her face and says. "I-I don't get it. So I should k-kill them or not?" A long disappointing look runs across Cesan's face as if he was talking to a brick wall. "You'll understand when you're older. One day when you have a family of your own and you'll see how precious life really is. Violence is never the answer." Camilla glances over her shoulder and continues to walk ahead. Leaving Cesan behind.
