Amber, I am willing to transfer if staff is needed on another server. It is important to spread out the staff team throughout the network.

▶ SECTION B - Information about yourself on TheArchon

8) What has motivated you to apply for a staff position on TheArchon?
‏‏The reason I wanted to become a staff member is because I want to make the server better and to listen to feedback of the community to make Archon the best server it can be. I also want to become a staff member because I hate it when I am fighting a hacker and so many people have to deal with hackers every single day and I want to try and stop/reduce those encounters and keep the server as hacker free as I physically can. Also I really like the staff team and all the people who made the server so great and what it has come to.

Becoming a staff member has always been a huge thing of mine, I love to help people out in any way possible. I love the feeling of when I help people out. I would love to be acknowledged for this. I also want to be a role model to other people to help them and make someone’s day when I help them out. I feel as though I would be an great asset to the staff team and would stick to my role and hold it with responsibility, enthusiasm, and integrity.

9) If you are currently playing in a faction on The Archon, what is the faction name?
I play in a faction called DarkSide.

10) Have you received any punishments on TheArchon, or any other server?
I’ve been caught one time for autoclicking, it was an immature mistake I admit. I have moved past that and also having an unfair advantage against other players.

11) Have you created an application before this? If so, when on what date?
I have created an application before this. It was on May 17 2018.

12) How long have you been playing on The Archon?
I have been playing for six months.

▶ SECTION C - Factions Skills

13) On a scale from 1-10, how advanced do you think your knowledge of factions is?
Eight, The reason I say this is because I know what raid claims, buffers, the maximum amount of walls for cannon boxes and for the base.

14) What skill sets do you place yourself under regarding factions? (Options of Base Builder, Raider, Power Slave, PVPer, Cannoner, Leader) (Give a bit of detailed knowledge about each you think you are)
I’m more of a raider. The reason I say this is because I really like the excitement of raiding someone and I would say that I’m pretty good at raiding.

15) Do you know the basics of how a cannon works?
I know what the parts of the cannon are called, for example the boosters, hammer, nuke, and the barrel. I know about how

16) How familiar are you with cheaters and how well are you able to detect a Hacked Client?
I am familiar with hacked clients and what they do. Hacked clients give an unfair advantage towards the user and an unfair disadvantage to the person being fought.

17) Do you have any experience screen sharing? If so, explain.
I use the program anydesk to screenshare people who might be trying to inside the faction.

18) Are you fully aware of how our faction rules and game mechanics work?
Yes I am fully aware of the faction rules and the game mechanics.

▶ SECTION D - Questions about your staffing experience

19) Why should we choose you to become a staff member?
As a staff member I would always try to go out of my way to help others, then myself, an example of this would be helping a new player of skyblock get started instead of doing something on my skyblock island. I am a very caring person when it comes to just being a kind person to talk to if someone wants to talk to me. I would love to be the person who people can rely on and trust each day. I am honest when it comes to being genuine and real. I am eager to bring my ideas upforth to the staff team.

I believe I have the communication skills to withhold this position and am aware of the many responsibilities that comes with being a staff member. I believe in integrity and honesty, granted I do make mistakes along the way, We are all only human after all.

I am a responsible, selfless person who is considerate and respectful to those around me. I like to know what’s going on around me and what I can do to make things better and, ultimately, more enjoyable for everyone.

Another reason I think I should be a staff member is because I express my honest opinion on things. I am trusting, and I put my faith in others to do what is right even if someone doesn’t like the decision. However, I know from experience that not everyone can be trusted, and not everyone can take an opinion. That’s just something everyone has to deal with and accept.

Another reason I think I should be a staff member is because I am a very helpful person. But anyways, I am always helping people when they need it. I will never just straight up say 'no' to a person’s request. For example, if someone wants me to show them how to play Skyblock or Factions, I would always show them. I tend to respect everyone's opinions and I treat everyone the way I would want to be treated.

I believe I should become a staff member because I'd like to help out the server in many different ways. I'd like to make this server fun to play on without anybody breaking the rules. I would like to give the Archon community a helping hand. I love the server and do almost anything possible I can to help it. I have found that I enjoy being staff on servers more than just playing as I like to help them become better. I know how frustrating it can be for players to join a server and be overwhelmed and I would like to be there to help them on through their time on Archon.

I believe that I should become a staff member because I think I have what it takes to make a good staff member. I have informed myself of the rules to the forums, server, and discord server, and the punishments that are connected with breaking them. I’m an alert person and quick to react if something goes wrong. I am tolerant to a degree.

20) What experiences do you have with moderating a community or game? If you were staff on another server, state the server name as well as the highest rank you obtained.
I have been staff on OPCraft, Ostia, and several smaller servers.

21) Is there anything else which you would like to add? (Optional, but recommended)
I have been a staff member on OPCraft but I resigned from the position because of the poor management there.

▶ SECTION E - Scenario

22) A player asks you a question that you don’t know the answer to, what do you do?
I would ask other staff members to see if they know I would then tell them the answer to it. If no staff are online I would tell them I am not 100% sure so I would tell them to make a ticket on the discord by typing -new in #support.

23) If a faction is being accused of using an illegal cannon to currently raid someone, how do you handle it?
I would tell them to record it and send proof of it in a ticket so the staff team can handle it.

24) If a faction is found of breaking a rule that would give them a strike, what would you do?
I would make a ticket with the proof and tag the strike team.

25) Someone reports a bug to you, what do you do step-by-step?
If someone tells me about a bug I would tell them to report it by making a ticket on the discord by typing -new in #support

26) If chat becomes overloaded by a group of spam bots, what would you do?
Two answers required: There are other staff online vs. you’re the only staff member online
For the first one I would start by getting a higher staff to help with all the bots to mute them  and clear chat accordingly. The second one I would help the other staff member punish the spam bots accordingly and try and get another one to help us remove the spam bots.

If you are denied, do not argue with the decision of the staff member, and instead take on the responsibility of improving in that area.

If you ask a staff member to look at your application, it will be instantly denied.

If you are accepted but then demoted later on, do not argue, complain or question further on why you are demoted.
