then call hp, use textnow app so the call is free.
IF THEY ASK WHERE YOU GOT IT FROM SAY A STORE THAT CLOSED DOWN
then tell em that your monitor is having overheat issues and also u have to finish a lot of projects about your job and you need your monitor working no more late than the next week.

DON'T ASK FOR REPLACEMENT. They will send you to other rep and u have to say the same thing. after it they will give you some troubleshoots steps, try to '' do it '' make it believe put the call on hold for 5 min and tell em that still not working.

they will ask you to ship the monitor back for repair, you have to say that you don't want a refurbished monitor, you paid for one new and you need one working without any problems before. You have to act like nervous cause you can lose your job if they don't help you after it they will ask you if you want a replacement, sometimes they can ask for the monitor first back but its okay with a little complain that dont have time they can give you a replacement first

Another option: when they ask you for replacement end the call, then a rep will contact you by email asking for call him back. when you call him back u have to say that u are stressed and u really don't have time and your boss will kick you if u don't finish the projects. he will ask again for the address and then he will offer 1 day shipping. just wait for a confirmation like this
