Mercurys been thinking about this for a few years now. As he does the daily routine of training, delegating, speaking with other organizations like Hare and Kali's.

In the aftermath of the war, Mercurys been torn. Those whom he once considered his true enemy have shown to perhaps be more justified in their cause than he imagined, and those he thought his alleys? Hare? Hypocrisy. The Council? Self Righteous.

With a fallen emperor, a rose-guardian, Apollo and his closest friends, they go through their daily lives. Training. Loving. Planning. Life goes on. Time moves forward.

His heart and his value to each forged connection grows in it's strength, as does the weapon which his heart has brought forward.

It feels however, like time's being held still. A long breath, drawn out over several years. Torias, The Saiyans, the invaders that Kaleb has warned Mercury of? They could come at moment.

He knows that. At the drop of a hat, all this peace and delegating could turn into full blown war with any of these factions.

His body, along with his heart...is ready for anything.
