              Have discovered province Zuwarah

Rewards: Trigger event 'The fate of the Ibadi'

Flavortext: "The Ibadi were once heavily prevalent in the lands of Kanem and Bornu, and while they have been dwindling they are still a respectably sized religious minority in our homeland. With regular trade and communication established in the north, we have discovered many more Ibadi. We could offer them refuge to strengthen our empire directly, or rebuke them to please our Arab brethren."

Requirements: Own at least 20 core provinces in the Maghreb region
              Own core province Tunis

Rewards: Gain permanent claims on all provinces in the Maghreb region
         Gain core creation cost -10% for 25 years

              OR Own all core provinces in Central Sahara, Kurdufan areas

Flavortext: "A formerly nomadic peoples have settled right along our Sudanese trade routes. These people seem honorable enough, but this represents too great of an opportunity to pass up. Bring them under our protection so that they may share in the benefits of our greater experience and learnedness in the ways of civilizaton. Do it now before someone else exploits them against us."

Requirements: Own all core provinces in Central Sahara area
              Own all core provinces in Kurdufan area
              Be at 80% of force limit
              Own at least 40 regiments

Rewards: Gain permanent claims on all Non-muslim controlled provinces in Horn of Africa region
         Gain Province war-score cost -10% for 25 years.

Flavortext: "These Christian kingdoms south of our Egyptian brothers in faith have historically resisted subjugation by threatening to dam the tributaries of the Nile if pressed too hard. Such dishonorable tactics should be punished, and they can't hold that as a hostage against us. Prepare for a holy war to protect the Nile in the name of Islam."

Such as when we embraced the teachings of Muhammed, and now it is that time again. Foreign methods of production, governance, trade, and warfare are stronger. We can tell by the greater output of finished goods that come north along the Fezzan corridor compared to our raw materials. If we aim to correct this imbalance, then our villages must grow larger, and our royal court must learn these foreign ways, and adapt it in such a way that works best for us."

Flavortext: "Ibadi was once the majority faith among Kanem and Bornu, however their influence has diminished greatly ever since a large settlement of Ibadi along the Fezzan corridors was massacred by an Arab army over a hundred years ago. Now that we have established direct control over the trans-Saharan trade routes and reconnected with our Muslim brothers to the north, we have made contact with many Ibadi still residing in the outskirts of Berber and Tuareg land; hoping to live free of persecution. Shall we issue an official proclamation, allowing them to migrate to our land in peace; and settle? We still have a sizable Ibadi minority in our lands and this would increase their influence. However this will surely upset our Arab brothers who care deeply about adherence to Sunni doctrine. Would it be better to continue letting Ibadis languish on the outskirts so that we may make powerful allies?"
