Hi Carl, I'm just gonna flat out and tell you guys that I'm at a complete loss on what I need to do to get my room to pass: I did everything you guys tell us to do whether it's making sure the room products fit the room's GA/AP standards, or having a proper room description, etc etc. But you guys have legit been failing my room for 25 whole days now, that's literally almost a month and I did EVERYTHING to make you guys happy; heck I even changed the look of my room so that it fits "IMVU policy" but this has gone too far, I'm no longer buying anything else from you guys via credits, membership or anything till you help me figure this out cuz this is completely unfair that you don;t tell your users on what their issue is so they can fix it and have a room available for people to come and see

  16. getting featured before does not guarantee that your room will get featured all the time. the criteria changes from time to time. and that depends on the specialists checking on the room as well.

  19. Okay well, your specialists? Have all been failing me and I want to know what the problem is cuz I can't keep playing guessing games on what I think needs to be fixed when I JUST DON'T KNOW what the problem is TO BE FIXED?
