I've felt the need to speak about things, mostly related to activity and recruitment.

Do notice, this text isn't intend to offense, harm and otherwise disrespect any individual or entities.
I will speak what's on my mind and what makes RIC different from groups, in not-so-good ways.

I will speak by my 2018 experience in the Infantry Corps, speaking as someone from the main division, so I won't comment on any divisions I don't have much information to.

1.RIC doesn't utilize its development resources efficiently
Builders are told to build a thing, then this 'thing' ended up never getting used and will only have a small chance of revival after years. This method is obsolete and unorganized. Instead, I propose the below
-Improve the quality of builders, lay off those who doesn't know how to use unions or build any decent looking items
-Due to the smaller quantity of builders, Cap (or boom) should request for one of the builder to build an item
-Payment should be offered to the contract, e.g. 200 robux for a medium detailed rifle

2.RIC doesn't utilize its funding resources efficiently
RIC, having many people paid for the helicopter, mega, whatever VIPs, is surprisingly unfunded. I don't intend to offend anyone here, but RIC HQ is not on par with other groups in terms of activity. Just right now, I will mark down the activity of top active groups.
BA's Academy - 64 playing
IRF's Papers please - 174 playing
The Robine's City-17 - 318 playing
And then there's our HQ with 15 playing.
Those groups are very active because of large amount of ads funding. Certainly they might be more wealthy, but that doesn't mean we can't 'take off'.
I propose that the commander utilize his funding for the group instead and do the following

-Use some of his funding for ads
-Use some of his funding for development resources

3.Activity
RIC activity is just, mediore. Primarily EST based, but rarely there are more than one training everyday.
I propose

-Enforcement of activity on staff
-Encourage the hosting of more training

4.Gunfighting (THELT)
From what I see, lots of RIC people are on the THELT leaderboard top 50 kills, that's great! We can represent ourselves on this game, but then if I'm right, THELT was disallowed in RIC training, making all combat go through operation rush, which is to say, a campfest with guns that doesn't live up to the clan standard.

I propose the following

-Allow THELT training to be hosted
-increase the amount of THELT TDM training in favor of MC
