  15. Welcome back Hisuka_sama,
  16.
  17. I'm sorry these issues are still present. My name is Manuel and I will be assisting you with your case. Allow me to start by apologising for the time that I have taken to get back to you on this ticket. We are doing our best to improve our service to ensure our responses are as quick as possible. I've taken a look to your system reports, and I am sorry to say that laptops are not an officially supported platform, and your system is below the minimum system requirements for Rainbow Six: Siege. Please see this link - [https://support.ubi.com/en-GB/faqs/000024358/PC-Requirements-for-Rainbow-Six-Siege/] - for reference.. So, there is no guarantee that the game will work correctly on your system. However I am still happy to try some troubleshooting steps to see if we can get it to work.
  18.
  19. I can see the CPU is under overclock, and that can cause instability. The graphics chip being used as default is your Intel(R) HD Graphics and not you dedicated AMD. The latter is also out of date, drivers wise, so let's start by doing a clean install of the drivers (http://support.amd.com/en-us/kb-articles/Pages/AMD-Clean-Uninstall-Utility.aspx).
  20.
  21. Now, set it as the default graphics chip:
  22.
  23. AMD:
  24. • Open the AMD Catalyst Control Center
  25. • Go to Graphics > PowerPlay - Set Plugged In and Battery to Maximum Performance. Click Apply.
  26. • If applicable to your graphics card, go to Graphics > 3D and move the slider across to Performance so it is set for Optimal Performance. Click Apply.
  27. • If your Catalyst Control Center has the Switchable Graphics tab go there and browse to locate the game executable (.exe) and set it for High Performance. Click Apply
  28.
  29. The DPI in your laptop is set to 125%, and this is known to cause issues. Let's set the DPI to 100%:
  30. 1. Open Settings, click on the System icon
  31. 2. Click on Display on the right side
  32. 3. On the option "Scale and layout" be sure to have "100%"
  33. Click on the Sign out now link to apply
  34.
  35. I also advise to run the game with the least background apps running as possible, this includes overlays:
  36.
  37. 1. Open Settings, and click/tap on the Privacy icon.
  38. 2. Click/tap on Background apps on the left side, and turn on (default) or off to Let apps run in the background under Background Apps on the right side.
  39. 3. When finished, you can close Settings if you like.
  40.
  41. To disable game overlays:
  42.
  43. Steam:
  44. - Click on Steam and click on the "Settings" button. Click on the "In-Game Settings" tab.
  45. - Uncheck the box next to "Enable Steam Community In-Game" and click OK.
  46.
  47. Uplay:
  48. - Open Uplay and click the little gear icon in the top right corner.
  49. - Click settings
  50. - Under the general tab uncheck "Enable in-game overlay for supported games." You'll get a warning when you try to launch the game about having this unchecked but I don't think it actually affects anything in game.
  51.
  52. AMD:
  53. 1. Launch Raptr, then click the small "wrench" symbol on the left side of the close and minimize buttons.
  54. 2. Click "Preferences".
  55. 3. Go to the "In-Game" tab.
  56. 4. Uncheck everything.
  57. 5. Hit "OK".
  58.
