2) Where are you most active on the Hypixel Network?
My favorite game on hypixel is skywars, and I find it to be the most fun game on the server. As shown by my stats, I have spend hours and days on the game, and have worked very hard to reach the stats that I currently have. Aside from that, i'm pretty much well rounded in every game. Recently, I have started to get interested in UHC, and have accumulated a bunch of score, and I'm probably going to play that a lot more.

Besides that, I haven't used the forums that much, but I promise to be more active here, regardless of the status of my staff application, and whether or not I get accepted.

Based on how much I play the game, I obviously enjoy the game way more, as shown by my stats. Although, I do enjoy the forums, I don't like it as much considering I haven't used it near enough.
3) How much time do you have to contribute to the role?
Currently, I'm in high school, and I am extremely hard-working, and determined in real life, and get my work done fairly quickly, as I don't like to procrastinate, which gives me a lot of free time. On an average, on weekdays I'd be able to put in 2-4 hours. Meanwhile, on weekends, I'd be able to spend 6-8 hours on the server, but obviously, that varies on the amount of workload I get over the weekend, or whether or not i'm going out with friends.
4) Have you ever been banned or punished on any server? If so, please include details.
No, I have not been banned on any server so far. I hope to keep that streak, as I don't enjoy the concept of cheating in Minecraft, or any game for that matter
5) SCENARIO: Suppose it's your first week of being a Helper and you mute a well-known player. Their guildmates start spamming your twitter calling you a bad Helper and telling you to unmute them. What would you do?
If I were to ever become staff on hypixel, I would never falsely mute anyone, and my mutes would be justified, and filed.

However, if this scenario was to take place here is what I would personally do.
If people start calling me a bad Helper, without any constructive criticism at all, I would simply ignore them, because it doesn't help me in any way or form to take the negative statement personally, especially if I can't use it to improve my staffing skills.
Something that I would NOT do would be leaking the staff evidence, by giving them what they said and did.
If my mentions and in game chat was flooded by the guildmates harassing me, I would just simply tell them to stop arguing by either warning them, or giving them a verbal warning through DM's (this would be in game), and would simply state: "if *Player* feels that their mute was unjustified they can appeal their mute @ hypixel.net/appeal.
Other than that, if the harassing continues, I would contact the higher ups, such as sr. mods or managers.
6) Tell us about one of your best moments on the Hypixel server
One of my best moments in game would be when I got my first and only masters.
Back in Season 9, I was at the peak of my minecraft skill.
I had spent hours playing and grinding ranked skywars. And then, it finally happened, I finished at the TOP of the ranked skywars leaderboards. By far my best moment online, and of course on the hypixel network.
7) Tell us about a time you made a mistake within the last year? How did you deal with it? What did you learn?
This is an example of a mistake that I had made in game (not on hypixel.)

In the past, I used to be a Jr. Owner on a server, and was in charge of staff applications. This was my first time managing staff applications, and I was pretty excited for this. So, unbeknownst to what was going to happen next, I started reading applications, and I ended up reading an application by a toxic Staff Applicant, who had a negative rep on the community. There were a couple of 'red flags' on his application, however he did have a lot of experience as being staff, and he even had more staff experience than me, and every single staff on our server. So, I decided to accept him, regardless of what the other managers had thought about, as I was a higher role in terms of them. This decision quickly backfired, and it turns out that the staff applicant had tried to act as if he was the owner of the server, and had influenced the staff to act unprofessionally, and overnight, he had tried to get the plugins and the core of the server. Fortunately, he was unable to do this, and as soon as we found out, we had instantly blacklisted him from the server.

From this, I had learned the important lesson of not to rush anything that you do, and to truly think about things before you do them. In addition to this, I learned that we should value other peoples opinion, and it is always better to get more than one perspective and opinion on every decision you make.
I promise to never rush things ever again, on Hypixel, or anywhere in real life.
8) If you have any, what hobbies or activities are you involved in outside of Minecraft?
I do a lot of things outside of school.
1) Improvisation Competitions and Performances:
Currently, I do improv shows inside and outside of school. Although I've never really been in an actual 'play' or show before, I do enjoy doing Improvisation. I currently do it for a club, as well as perform inside of school. Improv requires you to think on the spot. This could potentially be useful as a staff member on Hypixel, because you would be asked a lot of questions in DMs and in global chat, and you would have to put on the spot, and you would have to answer the question quickly.
2) Soccer/Football
I currently play soccer for my school, as well as a club nearby my house. I have participated in many competitions and won a couple of them too. Although I'm not captain anymore, I did use to be captain a few years ago. This had taught me a lot of leadership skills, and also taught me to be positive and taught me the skill of being determined to do whatever you want to achieve.
3) Service
Last summer, I volunteered in a elderly home, where I had helped out the people already working their, and had provided services to the elderly. On top of this, I currently volunteer in a club for my school, known as Wish4Kids. The main point of this service is to organize fundraisers for the kids who are less fortunate than others, and aren't born into wealthy homes/families. This had taught me about compassion, and made me feel good about helping other people. This could be applied to the job, as I enjoy helping people out.
9) Do you have any previous server moderation or leadership experience?
If so explain what role you played, what skills/experiences you picked up and how this will help you in your role as a helper.
Yes, I have had moderator on Multiple Servers in the past.
1) VoltPVP
I was a trial mod on Volt pvp and I got a lot of bans on the server. However, I got demoted for being unprofessional, but I have improved on that ever since, and promise not to be unprofessional again.
2) Louderpvp
I was a Mod rank on louder network, and I learnt a lot from that server. However I resigned from thats server because the staff plug ins were extremely bad.
3) Dark PVP network:
I was staff on a server known as dark pvp network, and I was a senior moderator, however that Server did shut down.
4) Egirls
This is yet another practice PVP server. I was a moderator on this server.
5) Reborn
This is another Asian server that i am staff on. The server shut down last year and is now back and i was appointed for staff on the server.
6) Paze
I am currently staff on this server. I am currently a trial-mod, however the server is currently in the development phase. If I were to get helper on Hypixel, I would resign from the staff team of Paze.
7) NectarUHC
I was a Jr. Owner on this server. I had managed staff apps, as well as gather plugins in order to try and improve the server. The server did unfortunately shut down.

All of these servers have taught me a lot about the staffing process. I believe that all of this would make me a suitable staff member, because I would be extremely good at identifying cheats. Although I know hypixel doesn't ScreenShare players, it's still a valuable skill to have, as it helps me learn a lot more about clients.
10) SCENARIO: "You come home from school/work and have a ton of homework/work to do, you think to yourself I'll just take a 5-minute break before I start and get on Hypixel. The next thing you know 2 hours have passed and you've been on the server all that time." Does this scenario sound familiar to you?
Yes, I have been in this situation once
However, since then, I have improved, and I have learned to manage my time a lot better. Although it is extremely fun to play hypixel with friends, it is extremely crucial to be balanced and well rounded. This would be helpful while being staff, as having time management skills would help you allot your time between real life work, playing games on hypixel, and helping other players on hypixel (staffing).
11) SCENARIO: You're in a busy lobby as a helper, questions are flying at you rapidly, you can just about keep up. You're getting messaged by 2 different players both asking you to get them a moderator for a hacker, someone then pokes you on Teamspeak telling you that there is someone blasting music in their channel. What do you do?
Heres how I would handle the situation in order:
1) tell the player asking for a moderator to kindly use the command /wdr <player> <reason> command.
2) Then, I would tell the player to mute the person blasting music on teamspeak
3) I would then give the player blasting music a verbal warning.
4) Answer a questions that are relevant to the server that are in chat.

12) Have you made any previous applications, if so how many and what is the date of your last one?
None. This is my first one.

13) Anything else we should know?
I have been muted on hypixel in the past, however, since then I have matured a lot, and promise to never be toxic in chat ever again. Since then I have matured, and i'm sure it has been a extremely long time since then.
Also, I lost my old forums account, which is called AGenericUsername, so I have to use this one for now :), i'll be more active on the forums.
Last but not least, I am not too experienced with Teamspeak ;c
