Project Expectations: What does each group member hope to get out of this project?
	Get a better understanding of JQuery and how to refactor code.

Goals and expectations:
	Start Phase 3

Team strengths:
	Researching online and asking for help

How to overcome obstacles:
	Be mindful of how long we are struggling on an issue and either reach out for help if available or work on something else.

Schedule Expectations (When are we available to work together and individually?):
	Beginning and end of holiday break.  Also assign tasks that we can work on separately during the break if we have time.

Communication Expectations (How and often will we communicate? How do we keep lines of communication open?):
	  We agreed to work on our other projects first during the break to get them out of the way.  We'll begin on thursday and provide frequent updates on slack about what we are working on.  During class worktime we will pair and walk through what each of us has worked on.

Abilities Expectations (Technical strengths and areas for desired improvement):
	We are confident with CSS and idea box JS.  Chase wants to learn more about prototypes.  Maddy would like to better understand JQuery methods.

Workload Expectations (What features do we each want to work on?):
	Work through Phase 1 refactoring together and then split up Phase 2 and 3 based on functionality.

Workflow Expectations (Git workflow/Tools/Code Review/Reviewing Pull Requests):
	Push to git when features are complete.  Follow the git workflow provided in the lessons.  Whoever opens a pull request will have the other review it and approve it.   We will do code reviews when we meetup during worktime at school.

Expectations for giving and receiving feedback:
	Be honest and address concerns right away.
