xubuntu broadcom 4311 wireless int

Hello..

 

I tried to install wireless driver and get it working, it seems driver got installed

but device is not getting detecd any help  is appreciated.

 

i am on net for 2 day continously trying to figure out.. no one has bailed me out yet...

 

Here is what i did..

i followed all the steps in the doc

after that here is some command o/p:

 

rfkill list all

0:hp-wifi:Wireless LAN

        Soft blocked: no

        Har blocked: no

ifconifg

eth0 Link...

 

 

lo Link....

 

when i click on app menu..settings ..additional drivers..

it lists broadcom sta wireless driver as activated and currently on use

 

Please let me know where it is going wrong, if you want more command o/p i will paste here
