- Invoice #23430 for bulletproofhost.net with 2 dedicated IPs - paid 14.04
- And it`s not custom server with specific configuration, but just reseller account on virtual hosting!
- Support (Martin) just asked yesterday (16/04/2019 10:53 #344292) a realy irrelevant question "Hello, Do you need to use the dedicated ip as reseller shared ip or for a single host?"

- I used this hosting from 2016 and it was good, but not anymore.
- Are you able to get a refund? Perhaps, you might need to respond to the support guy as they manually approve and create the order once they know how you want your IPS? This just a rough guess, throwing something out there to make this seem acceptable.

- They were good DMCA-free hosters and I guess almost RIP by now because in May 2018 Koddos became USA Digital Ocean reseller.

- a few dollars, but you can move service elsewhere - as per them being a low cost provider, that's the risk you take as they can suddenly close up shop.

- 4 days is a long time for account activation, unless there are other issues involved. In terms of the IP, Providers often ask their reseller clients what the IP will be used for. For example, a reseller shared IP means all the accounts under the reseller account will be hosted on the same IP. A dedicated IP means only one account will use that IP. They just asked you for clarification.
- If this is the only instance that made you unhappy since 2016, you might want to give them another try instead of jumping ship. There is no guarantee that a new provider would be better.

- There is nothing wrong in getting a node from another provider.
- BeamServers still provides offshore NL hosting, but I guess it`s not such profitable, as USA Digital Ocean reselling for Koddos. Probably, that`s the reason why support didn`t respond yet.

- This is a normal question for reseller account because dedicated ip can be assigned for the entire reseller account or specific user account under your reseller account.
- If you answered it right away, they probably activated it already.
- Yes, I did, I answered right on April 16, 2019 at 5 pm, but as I wrote above since when "that`s all folks" - no reply and it`s was still in pending status
- so I wrote yesterday (17.04) in the late evening that I don`t need account activation anymore.

- now I get it - they are used to answer not even day after day but in two days

- I ordered and paid for 2 dedicated IP for Proffesional Reseller Hosting 15+3+3 = 21
- 1 dedicated IP and 1 addon dedicated IP
- I don`t see here icons for picture download, but if it necessary I can provide link on screnshoot of payments.

- The problem is solved. Actually "It is not possible to have 2 shared ips on one reseller".
- All misunderstanding caused by this matter.
